Through the village publicity column, the recruitment information found every day is informed to the villagers. This way, three villagers have been helped to find a job. As well as the investigation of the farmer's file, in order to facilitate the contact in the future, I went to the door to inquire about the latest contact number of 661 households in the village, and distributed it to the village two committees. It is also convenient for the family planning work and the handling and development of various emergencies. In mid-April, after consulting with the two committees of the village, he reported the garbage disposal project to the County Science and Technology Bureau, wrote a feasibility report, and won 10,000 yuan of project funds for the village. I didn't know the process of the village newspaper project before, but after this personal participation, I gained a lot and I am more confident to help the village to get more money.

Second, understand the people

In the past year, in the village accountant accompanied by the door-to-door households, in each village to carry out various work, I visited many poor households and petitioners, to understand their facts, heard their Heartfelt voice and established close contact with several key petitioners, and gradually became familiar with the village public opinion in Donglu Village. Among them, Xu Tuzhen, the key visitor of our village, was in a good and bad time because of various pressures. Third, diligent participation

When I first came to work in the village, it happened to be the time when our village was pregnant. Our village had a total of more than 2,300 people, including nearly 700 women of childbearing age. The village was divided into three films because we went out in the village. There are a lot of workers, so the work of family planning is not good at all. I am mainly responsible for publicity and recording. However, because I don’t understand this content at all, it’s really difficult to get started, but the help of the village committee and everyone’s Under the joint efforts, our village ring pregnancy test has reached and exceeded the assessment requirements. After each of the family planning work, I participated in it and gained a lot.

For another example, before the 15th of this month, the village medical insurance work is the highlight of the village. Fourth, find the problem
