My village belongs to the old district of Huangqiao. The economic foundation is weak, the economic characteristics are not obvious, and the collective economy is a blank. However, the folk customs are simple, the people have a strong desire for development, and the investment environment is superior. The water and land transportation of our village is convenient. The Wenge River and the Nangan River run through the whole territory. The 229 Provincial Highway and the Ningjingyan Expressway pass through the east and west sides. The county road Shuangyuan Road divides our village into two parts. At present, Gugao Town Industrial Park has extended to our village, providing a rare opportunity for the development of Yuzhuang. How to make full use of the geographical advantage is that I am currently studying the starting point and focus of Yuzhuang's further development.

The work of the center can walk in the forefront of the whole town and is highly appreciated by the people in the village under the leadership of the party and government. This is also the most proud thing in my two months.

Third, the focus of this stage of work: is to complete the center task

Gu Gao in September and October is a busy land. In the afternoon of the report on September 3, it immediately entered the working state, and the town demanded that the land transfer work of dozens of acres be carried out. The transfer of land, persuading the mobilization of the work is large, and requires deepening the family of each household. At the same time, the procedures for land transfer are complicated, but they are not vaguely ambiguous because they concern the vital interests of the people. However, under my leadership, this work was completed on time and in good quality and quantity, and initially achieved a good start. When the land transfer does not take over, the new task is released as a military order - complete the rectification of all the river ponds in the village by September 20 to ensure acceptance by the relevant departments of the province. Due to the embarrassment of the past organization, my village has not carried out the rectification of the river pond ditches for several years, and the workload can be imagined. However, the military order is like a mountain, without any excuses and reasons behind, and affects the overall situation of the town. I took the lead, and all the village cadres kept up, leading all the idle labors in the village to work day and night, completing the requirements in a short period of time, and even spared no effort to help the work of Xilu Village, which was initially tested. . Then, during the National Day, the comprehensive management was stable. I went home and checked the conflicts one by one, ensuring that there was no petition in the village during the National Day and there was no accident of safety production. The central work of the recent period is the work of straw ban, and the former village party secretary of our village was downgraded because of the weak work of straw burning in summer. Therefore, this season's straw ban has made me pressure unprecedented. However, the difficulties did not intimidate me. I went to the village cadres to find a solution to the problem and found a 16-character policy of "focusing on propaganda, persuasion, and investigation, and diversion". Propaganda, the policy of straw burning, the benefits of comprehensive utilization of straw and the comprehensive utilization of straw are well known. All the village cadres persuaded them on a case-by-case basis, and they were wise and motivated. I personally went to the individual key households until I was satisfied that I was satisfied. Increase the punishment, so that there is a punishment for fire, it is almost inhuman, and starting from the village cadres, the party's devotion during this period is unprecedented in our village. My statement at the meeting was: Li Mingjing is a man, and the tree is benchmarking. Therefore, every day I go to the village, I always remind myself, self-discipline and self-improvement. Every money-raising project is notified after the meeting, so that everyone can understand and rest assured that every penny is used. Never spend money on collective services for themselves, but often use their own money to do things for the collective – such as adding office supplies to village cadres, such as cash to condolence to villagers who are affected by fire, such as arranging work meals for relevant personnel. Everything is done, I am a leader, I don’t take my identity, I don’t want to be a treasurer, I don’t lower my work standards, I even “look for it” to understand the relevant village cadres, such as the ban on burning during this period. All the night shifts were undertaken by me alone, a folding chair and a coat with me all night. I remember this sentence: The public is most convinced of the party members and cadres of the officers, and is most respectful of the clean party members and cadres. I will use "officers" and "clean" to establish my own image, win the hearts of the people, and win a single response.

V. Worries about work at this stage: how to change backwardness

The main contradiction of Yuzhuang at present is the contradiction between the backward economy and the growing demand for material and cultural life of the villagers. The road in Yuzhuang is the most backward in the whole town. The new rural construction in Yuzhuang is the only one in the town. The village in Yuzhuang is the oldest in the whole town. The contradiction in Yuzhuang is the most complicated in the whole town. All of this is ultimately due to the backwardness of the village economy. How is the collective economy developing? How to attract investment? Can the project enrich the people? How to implement efficient agriculture? Where does the money come from? Loan, fundraising, or funding? These problems often make me toss and turn, even sleepless nights.

I remember when I was in office, my teacher, Director Gu Yongzhong, said something that was old but made me always remember: "To be an official, to benefit the party!" Although not an official, but also the head of the first-level organization, the people are watching me. Looking forward to me, the higher-level party organizations have high hopes, so I dare not have the slightest slack.
