2009 is coming to an end. Looking back at the work of our village in the past year, with the correct leadership and strong support of the township party committee and the government, this year my village has mainly completed the following aspects: highlighting three key points and focusing on implementation. Three constructions; three major projects have been implemented; the specific characteristics of the three work are as follows:

First, adhere to political learning, and constantly improve the ideological and cultural literacy of the members of the two committees. We always put ideological and political learning in the first place, organized the members of the two committees and the majority of party members to learn the spirit of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 17th Party Congress, and carried out the activities of studying and practicing the scientific development concept, and completed the provisions of the township party committee. Study the subject. The members of the two committees recorded more than 10,000 words of study notes, two experiences in writing, and one session of the learning field, six self-examination materials, and two research reports. Through study, the ideological consciousness of the members of the two committees has been greatly improved, and the ideological foundation has been laid for doing a good job in village affairs.

Second, strengthen the building of party organizations. We will carry out various work around the center of “upgrading and upgrading, scientific development”.

1. Do a good job in party organization. This year, a total of two new party members were formed, and party members were organized to study collectively ten times. They used the study and practice of the scientific development concept to carry out criticism and self-criticism among party members, greatly enhanced the party members' ideological consciousness and strengthened the party branch's ability to govern.

2. Implemented the economic development model of “branch + association + party member model households”, established the “Lingguo Association”, established a party organization science and technology demonstration base, and realized the listing management, selected two party members and demonstration households, and the Red Star Party member The name really makes the party branch a leader and demonstrator of economic development.

3. Highlight the work of “upgrading the promotion and scientific development” and adhere to the system of village cadres.

Grasp the economic development and promote the increase of farmers' income. First of all, we must do a good job in the construction of the “one village, one product” walnut and slab base, newly planted more than 300 acres of walnuts, implemented scientific management of more than 400 acres, and grafted slabs of 60 acres. Only walnuts and slabs dominate the industry, and the annual income per capita reaches 2,210 yuan. Second, we have seized on the development of the breeding industry. We will implement a combination of large-scale breeding and individual households, and establish 2 large-scale pig raising households with more than 50 heads. There are 656 pigs in the village and 1,100 heads.

Third, actively support the export of labor services, and arrange idle labor employment in all aspects. This year, the total labor export of the village was 110 people, 323 person-times, and the per capita income was 1,100 yuan. We used the Wu-Zhao road repair project to arrange more than 200 idle labor employment, and generated a total of 80,000 yuan. Together with the income of agricultural and sideline products such as grain, the per capita net income of the village has reached 3,200 yuan this year. The economic indicators of the four types of villages and three types of villages have been met.

Adhere to the cadre class system. I have done work plans for the whole year, and I have work arrangements every month, and I have a good job assignment every week. And carry out monthly summary, quarterly small evaluation, and year-end general evaluation, so that the entire village work task is clear and well-organized.

Third, successfully complete the task of collective forest rights reform. According to the arrangement of the township government, our village completed the forest rights reform task from the beginning of March 2019 to the end of November 2019. After a lot of work in five stages, such as mobilizing business training, demarcation of the boundary, filling in the form, reviewing the entry, documenting and issuing the certificate, self-inspection and acceptance, and summary acceptance. The collective forest land of the 10186.4 mu of forest land in the village was contracted to 225 households, and the village issued a total of 281 forest rights certificates.

Fourth, pay close attention to planning and birth management, and optimize the family planning service environment. My village’s plan for fertility work this year has insisted on “six have”: there are plans for family planning work throughout the year, and there are plans for family planning every month. Every time there are plans for births, there are three objects to be investigated every quarter. Station inspection, each village group has two committees to arrest people, each service object has two committee supervisors. The family planning work has always been carried out throughout the village work. At the same time, under the unified arrangement of the township government, the standardized family planning service room was first established in our village, and various rules and regulations for family planning were established and improved. Standardized the management of various files, clarified the requirements for planning and reproductive responsibility, and optimized the family planning service environment. The whole village has 11 people born in this year's plan to take 22 kinds of natural deaths in various types of surgery, and all kinds of indicators meet the requirements of the relevant higher authorities.

Fifth, continuously strengthen the construction of infrastructure and improve the living environment of the people. Five projects were completed: First, the 3.4-kilometer rural net reconstruction of the bandit and jujube gardens and the erection of a new set of transformers were completed. In the whole village, the task of rural network transformation was completely completed, and the output power was increased to ensure sufficient and stable electricity consumption in the village. Second, the implementation of the new two, new one, Lugou, Mingchang, bandit, jujube garden six groups of 100 households of 900 people's drinking water project. Seven reservoirs and purification ponds were built, 100 water pools were built, and more than 7,000 meters of water passages were buried, which solved the drinking water difficulties of most people in the village. Third, repair the water damage project. Repair the new two groups of water-damaged highways and riverside stone embankments 62 meters, repair roads 0.5 kilometers, to ensure the smooth flow of people. Fourth, harden the residents' playground project along the Wuzha Highway. In order to cooperate with the inspection of Wuzha Highway, our village timely hardened all the playgrounds of the residents along the Wuzhu Highway. A total of 53 tons of cement was invested, and 60 households were hardened, about 3,600 square meters, ensuring that the people's scenes are in line with the road. Fifth, the implementation of 50 “four reforms and one construction” project was implemented. 50 biogas projects are planned to be built in the whole village. Now it is under intense construction. It is planned to complete the main project of the biogas tank during the year.

6. Persevere in doing a good job in establishing peace, ensuring stability and seeking development.

Safety and stability are the basic guarantee for the development of the whole village. To this end, we have ensured the safety and stability of the whole village from the following aspects: First, vigorously publicize and increase the safety awareness of the cadres, we will talk about safety at all times. 278 households, sent Ping An to establish 423 publicity cards, so that everyone knows the importance of peace and the five goals to enhance their safety awareness, and form a situation in which everyone talks about safety and everything is safe. Second, the implementation of the Ping An to establish a package responsibility system, each member of the village two committees to capture a group of peace to establish work, so that the establishment of a safe work without leaving a dead end. The third is to strengthen the management of agricultural vehicles. The village two committees and agricultural vehicle owners have signed a safety responsibility contract, prohibiting agricultural vehicle owners, and assigning a member of the two committees to each agricultural vehicle to be responsible for management. Always remind the owner to follow the safety duties. The fourth is to adjust the contradictions at any time, and conduct a contradiction investigation every quarter, so that you can find it at any time and adjust it at any time. A total of 12 civil disputes were investigated throughout the year, and 8 contradictions were settled, and the mediation rate reached 100%. There was no case of unsafe accidents and petitions due to inconsistencies in contradictions during the year. The fifth is to ensure the safety during the flood season, insist on duty during the flood season, timely report the public opinion, and formulate a series of flood prevention measures such as flood control plans to ensure the safe crossing of the village this year.
