In the process of going to the countryside, the research team was quite rough from preparation to implementation. The collection of various materials for the survey was not satisfactory. This topic has lost its meaning and all efforts have been lost. Then I changed the topic and changed it to "the educational change of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China." After the change, we must re-prepare. This means that in the preparation of the survey, we used double the time and effort but did not get more results. On the one hand, the mistake of choosing a topic is because I am not a person in practice. I don’t know enough about the local situation. I don’t fully understand that the topic is a research situation in the local area. On the other hand, our preparations and practical contacts are seriously out of touch. I didn't have any contact with the local contacts before the time and time, and I didn't really get to know the situation.
The second is preparation work, and the preparatory work is relatively good in this research process. Take a combination of division of labor and cooperation and summarization. Before the summer vacation, the division of labor and cooperation also met at the same time, so the opinions of the members were also collected. In addition, since the group members are all locals, the case investigation after the summer vacation has been carried out quite smoothly. All in all, in the preparation stage, all members of the research team worked together and united to get good results. On the other hand, there are many problems with this process. The members were not motivated enough because they did not understand the survey. Many times you have to supervise the urge. The second is that my team leader is not decisive enough, wasting a certain amount of time, which also affects the quality of the interview. The third is to choose the interview object is a mistake. Finally, interviewing the teachers, interviewing the teachers is a major part of our preparations after summing up the lessons learned from the street interviews, but in the end, because the interviewees have temporary problems and suddenly went to the countryside, they were shortened and interviewed by the captains who stayed.
