[guiding ideology]
In this semester, the work of the Young Pioneers of our school follows the main points and spirit of the work of the higher level. With the theme of “New Century, I can do it”, we will continue to deepen the “Eagle Action”, vigorously promote the experience education, carry out the “five small” activities, and further improve the team’s Infrastructure construction, comprehensively improve the quality of team members, and strive to create a new generation.
[Work focus and requirements]
First, strengthen the team's infrastructure. The team's infrastructure includes organizational construction, position construction, information construction, team building, and theoretical construction. They are all beneficial guarantees for carrying out educational activities.
Organizational construction:
1. After the first grade, focus on the pre-team education, and build the team to organize the first-year team.
2. The brigade organized team cadres to conduct a new round of competition. The brigade department set up a number of jobs, standardized the electoral procedures, innovated the electoral methods, and selected the best players.
3. Each squadron will establish a small team, a young eagle holiday squad and various service squads to carry out regular service and public welfare activities.
The position construction brigade department further improved the team room construction and trained the drum team; each squadron did a good job in the blackboard newspaper, team newspaper, and established a library or technology corner. In September, a comprehensive inspection of the construction of class positions was conducted.

September: The important festival of the month is Teacher's Day. The large and squadrons should organize different forms of activities, educate the students to respect the teachers, understand the great significance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, and present gifts to the teachers' day with the practical actions of "speaking civilization, discipline, and diligent learning."
October-November: This year coincides with the 53rd anniversary of the founding of the country and the establishment of the team. It is necessary to understand the great changes of our great motherland over the past 50 years by organizing the Young Pioneers to listen to, watch the news, check the information, investigate the visit, read the newspapers, read the newspapers, and hold the handwritten newspapers and speech contests.
