1. Strengthen management and develop education. We require all classes to use the theme class meeting to organize students to study the Code of Primary and Secondary School Students and the Code of Conduct for Primary and Secondary School Students. Starting from the cultivation of education, we will strengthen the training of good behavior habits in daily life, strengthen the education of national conditions, legal education and discipline education, educate the correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, and educate students on mental health.
2. Through various forms of carriers, the implementation of the "Civil Moral Construction Implementation Outline" requires students to strictly abide by the basic ethical norms of "patriotism, lawfulness, integrity, unity and friendliness, diligence and self-reliance, selfless dedication". In order to make this education develop in depth, this semester we launched the theme of “learning to be a good person and doing good people”.
3. Strengthen the construction of the moral education team with the head teacher as the main body, and require each school to carry out a quality and colorful theme team meeting every month. At the same time, it is necessary to establish an educational philosophy of "transforming a backward student is more important than developing a eugenics."
4. Grasp the activities of the classes, regiments and teams of each school, give full play to the role of team organization, combine the major festivals of the country, commemorate the day, and carry out various activities. All the teachers and students performed together on the stage. In the promotion of the construction of “garden-style” schools, we will continue to focus on the management of landscaping and post-fragrance, educating students to care for flowers and trees, and creating a warm and pleasant work and learning environment for teachers and students.
6. Establish quality education for all in classroom teaching. The Political and Education Department requires all school teachers to participate in the activities of "I can do it in the new century." However, in this work, there have been many shortcomings: the function and role of the team committee and supervision posts have not been fully utilized, making it a good assistant for the school.
