The paper committee's tasks are:

1. Assisting the two exhibition companies to attract investment, mainly machinery enterprises and supporting enterprises, providing buyers for carton enterprises and participating in the investment promotion work in Shanghai.

2. In conjunction with the two exhibition companies, the magazine “Paper Packaging Industry” was established. As the media and platform for the exhibition, it was initially set as the second phase of the paper, and the paper committee, as one of the founding units, provided manuscripts to the editorial department of Paper Packaging Industry. Advertising, information, interviews and various activities and materials, I hope that member companies will strongly support and provide the second issue of the manuscript for the "Paper Packaging Industry" with good response.

3. Organize the “Oriental Star” Grand Prix of the Corrugated Carton in the First Yangtze River Delta Region, select the three prizes of gold, silver and bronze, and recommend the Best Outstanding Award and Excellence Award for the Corrugated Carton in Shanghai to the Yangtze River Delta Appraisal Organizing Committee.

4. Organize the outstanding works of corrugated boxes, mainly in the exhibition period, showing the level of corrugated boxes in the Yangtze River Delta and Shanghai.

5. Publish two special corrugated boxes, the paper committee is responsible for providing manuscripts, and publishes gold, silver and bronze awards.

The above five aspects are the main tasks of the paper committee, and the exhibition company will pay a certain amount of compensation to the paper committee.

Second, internal and external exchanges, learning and learning

In October last year, nine companies including Chaochang, Xintonglian, Fujian, Fuguang and Changjin were organized to visit Japan. After returning home, they achieved two results. This year, the first is Shanghai Xintonglian Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., learning the development of space in Japan, transforming the finished product warehouse, and achieving results; the second is the development of Shanghai Chaochang Machinery, the first “flexible rubber version of the machine”.

This year, I will organize a group of 1 person to study and inspect in Hong Kong and Guangdong. Go to Guangdong to visit Shenzhen Huali, Zhaoqing Portman Machinery Company, Tianlong Ink Group, Guangdong Hainan to visit Oriental Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Guangdong Fuli Machinery Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Dasong Waglu Roll Co., Ltd., Guangdong Zhongbao Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. Third, the fourth year of the carton industry product quality evaluation activities in 2006

This year's evaluation requirements are relatively high. It must be three-color printing on the Internet and three-color or more. Apply 15 products from 12 companies. After passing the physical performance test of Shanghai Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, all of them meet the national standards. In July this year, the paper committee organized the industry appraisal team in Shanghai Reconstruction Packaging Co., Ltd. to participate in the judging by the judging, and was strongly supported by the rebuilding company. The judging divisions were divided into two groups, that is, the declaration carton number grouping was carried out one by one according to the scoring conditions. The scores were then summarized by the two groups. The judges re-examined the total scores and finally determined that Shanghai Huali, Shengxing, Shengbai, Xinqing and Xintonglian were rated as the best products, and Shanghai Huali and other enterprises. Eight products are excellent products. Shanghai Huilian Corn Arowana was rated as the best product by Shanghai Huali in the previous session. The judges discussed the opinions and recorded a certain level of Arowana, but the score did not exceed Huali. The same product did not make a heavy comparison. Some factories have many problems in printing and binding due to low scores, and they have not been evaluated. I hope to continue to work hard and participate in the selection next time.

The judges discussed that the selection of the fourth session, some factories insisted on participating in a certain effect, the overall level has been improved, to encourage, after discussing the best awards twice or more companies rated the 'quality trustworthy enterprise', Huali, Shengbai Three new companies, Xintonglian, more than three times outstanding award-winning enterprises, including a best outstanding awards company, rated "quality model companies", Fumen, Baiyulan, Xinqing, Changjin, Shengbao, Guojia, carton factory Seven companies.

The judges agreed that the three companies, Jifeng, Shengxing and Rebuilding, have won a certain number of praises.

At the end of July this year, an evaluation meeting was held in Shanghai Changjing Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., and the review experts were reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The final opinion was that Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory was a four-star packaging enterprise in 2004, and this year it applied for a five-star packaging enterprise. Years of efforts, the workshop, canteen, Minxin garden, office transformation, sales increased by 20%, profits, taxes, per capita profits, sales profit margins, etc. have been greatly improved, the first to achieve three certification, technical transformation In the forefront of the industry, the judges agreed that Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory should be upgraded to “five-star packaging enterprise”, and the evaluation was evaluated as “four-star packaging enterprise” by Shanghai Chaochang Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., and limited to Shanghai Changjing Packaging Materials. The company, Shanghai Jumin Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Dingsheng Printing Co., Ltd. were evaluated as “three-star packaging enterprises”.

V. Special meeting

On May 20 this year, the Paper Committee held a seminar on reform and development of the carton industry at the Etonton Hotel in Fengxin Town, Fengxian District. Seven enterprises introduced the experience of reform and development. There were 37 units and more than 50 participants. Seven units including Shanghai Minxin, Dinglong, Xinqing, Shengbai, Huali, Xintonglian and Dingsheng were highly praised at the meeting. The meeting issued seven units of information. After the meeting, according to the requirements of the enterprise, the seven units of the speech materials were introduced and sent to each member company for organization and study. Before the meeting, we held a meeting of the deputy secretary-general and the speaker unit to discuss the summary outline and give a summary of preparations for more than a month. The Shanghai Enterprises, Xinqing, Dinglong and other companies were highly praised by the participants.

After the evaluation work, the technical exchange and cooperation meeting was held in Shanghai Dinglong. The excellent product carton factory and the paper and ink machinery equipment factory participated in the discussion and exchange meeting, which achieved certain results and strengthened the cooperation and discussion between the two parties. better.

Sixth, price coordination

During the seminar on reform and development, a seminar on price coordination seminars was held. Many representatives expressed good opinions and suggestions, and raised many questions about whether the price coordination of the industry should be carried out again;

Everyone agrees that industry price coordination must be carried out, and it is better than not to do well. The association price and the issuance of archives still have a certain effect. At least the industry associations have a basis for each company to discuss with users, and users are recognized.

For the three major problems existing in the industry, the price, consumption, and receivables, the first two paper committees have been made in China Packaging News, Shanghai Packaging, Paper Packaging Industry, and Paper Weekly. Promotion. Published three articles on price. Shanghai paper container industry information publications published a number of articles propaganda, which attracted the attention of enterprises, and criticized the examples of enterprises with low prices.

After the meeting, the Shanghai Bao Association Paper Committee issued the No. 7 document in 2006 to adjust the price files of corrugated boxes and paper products.

VII. Adjustment of the leadership organization

On July 20 this year, the Standing Committee of the Deputy Directors was held to convey the instructions of the Municipal Association for the Advancement of the City, discuss and adjust the program of the governing body, and convene a meeting of the Secretary-General to discuss the adjustment plan before the meeting and submit it to the director meeting for discussion.

The old deputy director, according to the instructions of the city association, the principle does not move, the new general manager of the company supporting the work of the association and actively participating in various activities, the secretary group proposed an additional plan.

The meeting decided to adopt:

Adding Zhang Mingen, the director of Shanghai Minxin Packaging Materials Factory, as the deputy chairman;

Adding Shanghai Shengbai Packaging Industry Co., Ltd. General Manager Chen Dezheng as the deputy chairman;

Adding Cao Wenjie, General Manager of Shanghai Xintonglian Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. as Deputy Chairman;

Added the general manager of Shanghai Fumen Paper Co., Ltd. Lai Xueqing as the deputy director.
