According to the requirements of the Office of the Security Committee of Guodian Changyuan Jingmen Power Generation Co., Ltd. to carry out the “Safe Production Month” activity in 2006, combined with the actual situation of our project department, drafted the Gezhouba Jingmen Power Plant Project Department to carry out the “Safe Production Month” in 2006. The Notice of the Project has made specific arrangements for the 2006 Safety Production Month of the Project Department. The safety month activities are summarized as follows:

First, the leadership attaches importance to the organization and measures are in place.

In order to strengthen the organization and leadership of this safety month event and ensure the effective implementation of the full-month event, the deputy manager in charge of the project department is responsible for the organization and implementation of this safety month event. In order to improve the management's awareness of the safety month activities, the competent leaders and security officers of the construction department will be organized at the safety meeting to launch a special mobilization meeting with the theme of “compliance with the law and care for life”.

The project manager gave financial support to the security month activities. He has repeatedly allocated funds for the publicity expenses during the security month. Second, carry out various forms of publicity and education activities.

In view of the characteristics of thermal power construction, we collected safety knowledge materials related to high-altitude operations, anti-shock, anti-mechanical damage, anti-habitual violations, etc., and distributed them to various operation teams to organize their learning. Educate employees to “follow the law and care for life” and improve their self-protection ability.

By promoting the safe production month activities, we will create a strong and civilized construction atmosphere, thereby enhancing the safety and civilized construction awareness of all employees.

Third, taking the security month as an opportunity to solve a few problems

During the safety month activities, all departments, construction offices, and management personnel at all levels have actually solved several problems in the safety production month activities, and implemented the safety month as a goal. During the safety production month, the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection has done a lot of work and solved a large number of problems.
