Summary of community labor and social security work in 2019
Under the correct guidance of the xx Street Labor and Social Security Institute, adhere to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important idea of "xxxx", focus on building a harmonious society in an all-round way, adhere to the people-oriented, promote employment and re-employment, and improve the social management of retirees. Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers in the first place. First, a clear guiding ideology:
Since the establishment of the xx community labor security and social security at the grassroots level of the community, the community has always regarded this work as the top priority in the community, and regarded the inclusion of community retirees in management, employment and reemployment as It is an important task to ensure social stability, and the overall responsibility of the community money secretary.
2. Involve the work of community retirees:
At present, there are 1859 people in the xx community, 930 households, and 551 retirees in the community. The activities of community retirees have become the focus of the community. Under the care and support of the street leaders, my community retirees set up five self-management organizations, and adhered to the work policy of "having a sense of worthy, old and happy, and learning from the old", in order to maintain, protect and develop into the community. The fundamental interests of retirees are the main line to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the community retirees. Seven retirees have been successfully held, which is widely welcomed by community retirees.
The last batch of health check-ups was carried out on September 27 of XX, and a total of 27 free medical examinations organized by the Street Labor Security Office were completed to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the streets.
Third, comprehensively do a good job in employment and re-employment, and all preferential policies are in place.
We will conscientiously implement the preferential policies for employment and reemployment in the country, and recognize a total of 10 people for the employment difficulties of the community, and 123 people for the flexible employment difficulties, and the subsidy amount will be ¥100,364. In order to meet the unemployment benefits for the unemployed and the unemployed, the application for unemployment benefits was 61 times, and a total of ¥121,830 was issued. In combination with the actual situation of the community, we actively took effective measures to carry out all kinds of business work in an all-round way, so that the employment and reemployment of the community was generally strengthened, the reemployment environment was effectively improved, and the employment support policy for laid-off workers was further strengthened. According to the reality of the reemployment work in this community, the difficulty and focus of reemployment work is "4050" personnel and employment difficulties. In view of their age, culture, skills, and poor job selection, we are biased towards this part of the development and placement of jobs. And organized laid-off and unemployed people to participate in the "Enterprise On-site Recruitment Conference" held by the District xx Street Labor and Social Security Center for a total of three times. The community often collects posts, timely posts information on laid-off and unemployed people, and recommends 9 batches of laid-off and unemployed people. Forty-one people, 72 people achieved stable employment, of which 4,050 were successfully employed.
IV. Basic medical insurance for urban residents The implementation of the “Nanjing City Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance Implementation Measures” was personally posted to the team's publicity column to post the participation process, and the registration of the forms was completed, so that the urban residents' basic medical insurance needs of our community residents were guaranteed.
In XX, the Community An Street Labor Insurance Office required 523 people to be retired from the community to be retired, and 84 people to apply for a new citizen card.
V. Problems:
1. After our publicity and education, there are still some workers' employment concept is outdated, which has brought certain impact to the development of employment and reemployment.
2. The issues of social endowment insurance and medical insurance for flexible employees are more prominent than ever. There are also fees that are too high to make them unbearable.
3. Labor enforcement is not very strong. It is necessary to further standardize the labor market. There are also many difficulties in urging the signing of the labor contract between the business owner and the employee. They do not have a deep understanding of the labor law and their own protection awareness. Not strong.
