Community 2019 Comprehensive Governance Summary Report
In XX, according to the notice of the comprehensive work of street security, in order to do a good job in the comprehensive management of community security, combined with the actual situation of the jurisdiction, the leadership team of our community comprehensively under the leadership of the Party Branch has studied and formulated the XX comprehensive management work plan. The organization and various rules and regulations have been improved, and the division of responsibilities has been clearly defined. The work has been planned, implemented, and completed. The work of the XX-year work is summarized as follows. :
First, work together to create a safe community as a focus
1. Conscientiously implement the principle of “stability overwhelming”, strengthen the implementation of community security measures, enhance the role in maintaining social security, effectively implement the principle of “territorial management”, and actively promote the comprehensive management of community construction.
2. Further increase the propaganda of creating social activities in peace and raise awareness of participation by the whole people. In June this year, according to the requirements of the higher level, the community comprehensive management office and the safety supervision office carried out safety knowledge into the community, into the family, into the enterprise, into the construction site, into the campus and other publicity activities to publicize safety knowledge and raise the awareness of national security. At the same time, the company conducts special inspections on fire hazards, special equipment and construction sites every month, and conducts safety publicity work for enterprises to effectively prevent and reduce various safety accidents, especially to curb serious accidents and ensure the community. The safety of the production situation is stable.
3. Improve the organization network and rules and regulations, and actively carry out group defense and group management. The Community Comprehensive Management Office holds a quarterly meeting on the Ping An Community, summarizing the work of the previous quarter and discussing the construction of the next quarter. In the community management, our community implements the diversion of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles according to the actual situation, and adopts the method of entry registration of foreign vehicles for effective management. It adheres to the combination of civil air defense, technical defense and physical defense. Last year, all corners of the community were equipped. Closed-circuit monitoring system, electronic eye, installation of fire, burglar alarm, security door rate of 100%. This year, the community also formulated a maintenance team registration form, a list of governance committee members, and a statistical list of group defense patrols. Before the arrival of major festivals, the community insisted on posting safety warning notices at the entrance of each corridor unit to warn residents to take precautionary measures. 1. Strengthen the standardized management of the floating population and strictly control the population management. This year, more and more residents have begun to stay in the community, and there have been more and more tenants. The community outsiders have signed an agreement on the target responsibility for the tenants in the community in accordance with the principle of “who is responsible for renting”. The floating population roster was used to investigate the migrants in the community and on the construction sites in the area under the jurisdiction, so that the bottom is clear and the situation is clear.
2. Supervise and urge the construction sites around the area to adhere to the principle of “who employs, who manages, and who is responsible”, strictly infiltrating the floating population, and ensuring that the outsiders are not out of control. By strengthening publicity and education, refining management measures, and adhering to the work principle of “safety first, prevention first”, the establishment of safe construction sites has been widely carried out.
Third, in-depth anti-drug and anti-xx warning education, and strengthen residents' awareness of prevention:
1. Combine with the anti-drug work arrangement to actively carry out the creation of non-toxic communities, take the activities of “not letting drugs into my home” as the entry point, and strengthen the anti-drug awareness of the residents in the community by means of anti-drug leaflets and household advertisements. . At present, there are no new drug users in our community, and there is no system or drug trafficking.
2. We have not relaxed our vigilance against the xx organization. On the one hand, we often go to the public, through the exchanges with the people, to know whether there are new breeding practitioners, to "find one, help teach one"; on the other hand, actively mobilize the people to take the initiative to expose us to provide xx organization Illegal activities, do "discover together, deal with each other". Since we have been doing a lot of mission work in our jurisdiction, we have not found any new xx personnel.
4. Focusing on the law-enforcement work according to law, doing a good job in helping the two labors, and carrying out the prevention and mediation of contradictions among the people:

The community neighborhood committee organizes the residents of the district to carry out the “legal into the community” propaganda activities in the form of board newspapers and publicity columns, actively carry out various publicity work of law popularization, create a strong legal public opinion atmosphere in the jurisdiction, and issue legal knowledge books. Through the implementation of the law into the community activities, the legal knowledge of the community residents has been enhanced, so that the residents understand the importance of learning the law, knowing the law, obeying the law, and using it, and improve the legal awareness of the residents in handling the law.
2. Actively investigate and resolve contradictions among the people. In accordance with the principle of “prevention first, education diversion, handling according to law, and preventing all kinds of contradictions from intensifying”, all kinds of contradictions are resolved in the bud and maintain social stability. This year, due to some problems in the houses of the new community, the people and the urban construction company have contradicted each other. The community transfer committee and the joint defense team actively engaged in active mediation to resolve conflicts. After the Tongan incident occurred in Suzhou, the leaders at the higher levels paid great attention to it. The community leaders personally went deep into the people, understood the people's feelings, held a democratic symposium, listened to the current situation of the residents of the community and the suggestions made by the community, and reported them in time according to the actual situation.
