The sixth national census work of the bj city community and the household registration work have been completed on September 15th. There are 9 census plots in the census area, covering residential residential areas, jurisdictional units, basement public spaces, commercial stores, etc. There are 14 residential buildings, 3 jurisdictional units, 1 basement and several commercial stores. The community has 9 census enumerators and 3 instructors, and has great help from community neighborhood committees. The following summarizes from three aspects:

First, do a good job in the preliminary work of the census. First of all, the mapping and rectification work of the people's general work was officially carried out on August 15. Before that, we carefully completed the professional training of the census enumerators, and we focused on this census task and filled in more forms. The characteristics of the key training, and strive to do the census officers know well, have a bottom, know what to ask, how to ask, how to fill, fill in what. Try to get all the census enumerators to work and get the form to get started. First, let the census enumerators understand how this work is done and how to achieve the standard. Only knowing how to do it right is what it is to do. Secondly, the main grasp of the people's propaganda work. The census of households is the focus of work. We all know that it is not easy to do the work of the household. Therefore, we attach importance to the publicity work of the census. In the community, we hang 8 banners, post demographic posters and public announcements, and cooperate with the media such as TV media. Do a good job in the community's population publicity work, so that when you enter the household, you will know why you are coming, easy to go to the door, easy census, and tacit understanding.

Second, the household work is the focus. Before entering the household, the instructor asks the enumerators to strictly abide by the relevant requirements of the sixth national census and strictly abide by relevant procedures for household census. All census enumerators are required to be certified to work, and the census is unified to enter the household. In accordance with the specific circumstances, the enumerators are required to carry emergency items such as flashlights. We ask all census enumerators not to judge whether the household is a vacant household. They should promptly understand the situation and find out the problem in a timely manner through the understanding of the neighborhood, the passage of the meter, and the stay of the article. For the special circumstances that appear in the census, the census enumerators are required to explain to the instructor in a timely manner, and promptly feedback the information to the superiors, so that problems can be solved in time and difficulties can be immediately assisted. In the household, we asked the enumerators to seriously cooperate with the police station to rectify the work, and actively support the relevant work of the community police to take the responsibility to find out the problem.

Third, do a good job of summarizing statistics. The characteristics of this census are that the census requires high precision and more detailed project details. This requires the census enumerators to carefully understand the requirements and understand the spirit of the superior files during the census, and avoid mistakes when filling out the forms. We ask all census enumerators to pay attention to distinguish the situation of different people, seriously understand and reconcile the contents under the item, and ask the enumerators to pay attention to the following logical relationships: the logical relationship under the same table, the logic under different forms. Correspondence, at the same time, check for missing traps and carefully check for errors that are likely to occur when filling out forms, such as misplaced, missed, re-entered, etc.

There are also some problems during the census of this census.

First, the training of enumerators is still not complete. Although the census training work of this census is substantial, based on the characteristics of this time, the census officers often make mistakes when filling out the form. It can be seen that the preliminary training work needs to be strengthened.

Second, there are too many census checklists. According to the requirements of this census, the enumerators are not allowed to draw their own forms and should carry a unified form. However, according to the requirements, in general, the enumerator should carry the four forms of the household registration data checklist, the household separation and the unregistered person registration form, the temporary resident registration form and the head of the household name. According to the carrying amount of 3 sheets in each form, the enumerator needs to carry 12 forms when entering the household, which undoubtedly increases the workload of the enumerators. According to the census, each enumerator is responsible for 80 to 100 households. This is undoubtedly a difficulty for the work. Although the finer the item is, the more favorable it is to grasp the population situation in China, the contradiction between the fineness of the item and the difficulty of the actual household work. The higher the accuracy, the higher the requirement for the enumerator, if the enumerator cannot reach This requirement then the accuracy of these forms will undoubtedly be empty talk. How to streamline the form is a practical operation problem that needs to be considered and needs to be carefully studied.

Third, report the progress. This time, the current period requires one week to report the progress, and the latter requires one day to report the progress. In the actual operation, due to the complicated objective situation, the census enumerators put the form at their own hands, so as to promptly find the residents to fill in the relevant content in time, which will increase the difficulty of reporting the progress. In many cases, the summary of the staff’s census community form is irregular. It is impossible to report the progress and the superior requires the progress report, and the contradiction between them can be seen.

Fourth, the filling of the form itself. According to the requirements, this census should be completed according to the order of the buildings, but many times it is not said that the households are in the house, so the enumerators can only skip this household to seek other households. This practical problem challenges the census requirements. In the filling of the name of the head of the household, because of the distinction between the concept of family and collective households, there have been many cases of staying in the census. This issue requires the attention of the competent authorities.
