Summary of 2013 Community Year Comprehensive Treatment Work
According to the requirements of the Street Comprehensive Management Office, recently our community has carried out activities on “strengthening self-security awareness, protecting homes and building a harmonious society”, and making positive actions to promote peace and stabilize the society.
First, work together to ensure community security as a guarantee for community building:
1. Conscientiously implement the policy of “safety, stability overwhelming everything”, strengthen the implementation of community security measures, strengthen the role in maintaining social security, earnestly implement the principle of “territorial management”, and actively promote the comprehensive management of community construction.
2. Further increase the propaganda of creating social activities in peace, raise awareness of participation by the whole people, and mobilize the whole society to actively participate in the activities of public security volunteers. **Community is a place with a special geographical location and personnel distribution. It has a large number of migrants, a large mobility, a complex personnel structure, and certain security risks. How to do a good job in comprehensive management is a serious problem before us. Question. In the case of a small number of people and a large workload, the community mobilizes the cadres and workers of the enterprises and institutions in the jurisdiction to carry out publicity and education, hang on the main streets and residential areas, post promotional banners, slogans and blackboard newspapers, use the railway and A total of 28 banners were hanged along the roads, and thousands of leaflets were distributed to reach everyone's knowledge. The awareness rate was over 90%, forming a situation of joint management. The publicity and education of our creation of safe social activities has achieved the desired results.
3. Improve the organization network and rules and regulations, and actively carry out group defense and group management. The community group prevention and control work organization is sound. This year, my community has dispatched more than 700 volunteer patrols, and community workers have been institutionalized by wearing patrolling armbands every day. The awareness of the prevention of community residents has been significantly improved, the construction of prevention forces has been significantly enhanced, the rate of criminal cases has been effectively curbed, the sense of security of community residents has improved significantly, the social order has been good, and the people live and work in peace.
4. In March of this year, under the leadership of Zhonghua Road Sub-district Office, our community mobilized the whole people and carried out special campaigns of “safeguarding roads” within the jurisdiction. We arranged for the community duty patrols to ask them to take part in the security patrols and mobilize the residents' group leader to lead the residents of this group to participate. We also equipped the patrol patrol members with red armbands. At the same time, the community staff also made arrangements for duty, patrolling according to scheduled time, shifts, patrol routes, and arranging special care for mentally handicapped and disabled people, as well as foreigners who are not allowed to cross the railway, and the police station. Strengthen contact, fight against prevention, and protect one party. Since the launch of the "Safeguards" initiative, the incidence of public security and criminal cases in our community has dropped by 60% and 75% respectively over the same period of last year, and has achieved remarkable results.
Second, take the standardized management of floating population and housing lease as a breakthrough to ensure the decline of the crime rate of the community:
1. Strengthen the standardized management of floating population and housing leases, and strictly control population management. The community regularly or irregularly investigates and registers the resident population of the jurisdiction, the temporary temporary residents, and key personnel. At present, there are more than 400 floating population registered in our jurisdiction, and there are 79 households with rental housing. Each owner of the rental house signs a public security responsibility letter with the community. The community conducts monthly security inspections on the rented houses at least once, and the registered population rate of the floating population reaches 100%.
2. Strengthen the legal publicity and education for the tenants of the community, and manage the temporary residents and the foreign population in the jurisdiction based on the principle of who rents and who benefits. The police officers of the district and the residents of the neighborhood committee often use the rest time to carry out various publicity and education of law-enforcement, and distribute more than 1,600 kinds of publicity materials to protect the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers according to law.
3. Supervise and urge the surrounding units in the area to adhere to the principle of “who employs, who manages, and who is responsible”, strictly infiltrating the floating population, and ensuring that the outsiders are not out of control.
Third, carry out in-depth anti-drug warning education and strengthen residents' awareness of prevention:
In combination with the anti-drug work arrangement, we actively carried out the creation of non-toxic communities, with activities such as “not allowing drugs to enter my home” as an entry point, and in the community, anti-drug leaflets and household promotion activities have strengthened the anti-drug awareness of the community residents. At present, there are no new drug users in our community, and there is no system or drug trafficking.
Although some achievements have been made in the past comprehensive management work, there are still some shortcomings. In the future work, we will carry out various stable work in a solid manner under the leadership of the Street Comprehensive Management Office and the reality of our community. All the staff in our community have the confidence to do a good job in comprehensive management and work hard to create a stable, prosperous and peaceful living environment for the residents.
