In this regard, the sub- committee first started from the organizational construction to start work, recognizing that only by building a team that is advancing with the times and having a good work style can we lead the team to carry out various tasks in the construction of the project. In March of the 10th year, according to personal ability and performance, the referral committee organized reorganization and replaced a member of the Youth League Committee. In combination with the distribution of youth members, 8 group branches were formally established, and 8 thoughts were selected and outstanding in each unit. Young people with special strengths served as secretary of the group branch. After the development of the work of the Communist Youth League in the past year, the role of the various groups played an obvious role, and the tasks assigned by the superiors were well completed.

Third, establish and improve various norms and systems

According to the requirements of the Youth League Committee , the work of the Communist Youth League was carried out for the standardization and institutionalization. The oil-making sub- committee has started the whole chapter establishment since its establishment. In the past year, in combination with the actual work of the Youth League, the "Rules for the assessment of the work of the Communist Youth League", the "Code for the Construction of the Youth League Committee ", the "Training System for the Youth League Leaders" and the "Management System for the Mobile Members of the League Committee " were successively established. The establishment and improvement of various normative systems have provided a solid institutional guarantee for the smooth development of the work of the Communist Youth League.

Fourth, actively carry out and participate in group organization activities
