1. Unify thinking and clear tasks

3. Actively explore new ideas for the work of the Communist Youth League and strive to create a new pattern for the work of the Communist Youth League

3. Seriously organize the establishment of the “Youth Civilization”. 4. Establish and improve the group branch and group group institutions, and strengthen the organization of the team. Establish a group file and strengthen the management of the members.

7.
