As a member of the organization department of the Youth League Committee, in fact, like the freshmen, I started from scratch. The first time I contacted, the work in the organization department made me feel strange. From the collection of group fees, the statistics of the political appearance of the freshman class, the promotion, the organization of the party building archives, the overall staffing of the flag raising, the development of the probationary party members, etc., seem to be tight every day, and the party building work is not small. Everywhere requires caution. I am afraid that my ignorance will cause a mistake in my work. From the beginning to the cadre, facing the sudden change in the pace of life, I was very uncomfortable and found that I could not arrange my work and study. I was always in a state of contradiction. And there is still a lot of work in front of me, and the unfinished work, some make me feel overwhelmed. I even thought about giving up because I found myself losing the confidence in the campaign. The brain is full of complaints, and the mood is very bad. But when faced with the encouragement and cultivation of Teacher Yao and the choices I faced, I have to bury my head and move on. This is the responsibility and what I should do.

In the past six months, I have faded a bit of childishness, rubbed a few sharp edges and corners, learned how to treat people, and gained practical work experience. In the team of student leaders, I have gained friendship, and I deeply understand that the collaboration and communication that Mr. Zhang has always emphasized is so important. In this united team, I also learned to "give", from friction to integration, from strange to tacit understanding, we need mutual tolerance and understanding.

I have tried to suffer from failure because of ignorance and indifference; and because of collaboration and persistence, I have achieved the sweetness of success.
