In 2019, we passed by passion, looking back at the journey, and achieved fruitful results. Under the leadership of the Youth League's Innovation Practice Center, under the guidance and help of the Youth League Committee of the School of Bioengineering and Technology, we are full of pride and ignited the long-lasting youth with flying youth. The fire of hope; we are tenacious, using Lingyun’s ambition to flatten the ups and downs of hardships! During the semester, we have carried out a series of student practice activities based on the work concept of “Compatible Open Service Innovation” with good results. The specific work is summarized as follows:

First, the internal construction gradually improved the overall pattern to show harmony

At the beginning of the semester, we still start from the basics and focus on internal construction. Thanks to our joint efforts, the relationship between the innovation and practice committees of each branch has become more harmonious, and a strong cohesive force has been formed as a whole, which has given us a solid foundation and inexhaustible motivation for all subsequent work. During the semester, we mainly focused on the following aspects:

1. Completed the recruitment work. Our center recruited four officers for the Chinese Academy of Sciences, each with its own strengths. I believe that under our training, in their continuous exploration, their work ability will have a qualitative leap.

2. Strictly implement the regular attendance system, urge all members of the branch to attend the meeting on time, cultivate their correct concept of time, develop good habits of participation, and encourage members of the branch to speak actively at the meeting, express their opinions, create a warm atmosphere of discussion, and be open-minded. Accept and actively adopt the good suggestions of the members.

3. Unscheduled joint activities of various branches, such as symposiums, seminars, etc., to strengthen exchanges between cadres and committee members, committee members and committee members.

4. Completed the further construction of two interest groups, namely the “Floral Interest Group” and the “Science and Technology Innovation Group”, and targeted the team members to carry out related activities.

Second, the featured activities are active and the school society has received rave reviews

During the semester, under the correct leadership of the Youth League Committee and the Youth League Committee , with the active cooperation of the teachers and students, and the “Youth Civilization Project” as the main line, we mainly organized the following activities:

1. Completed a rigorous review of the “Six One” social practice activities and a careful review of the social survey report, and selected excellent social survey reports and “six ones” outstanding practice individuals from these excellent People and things reflect the rigorous and serious scientific attitude and correct and positive life style of the students.

2. On March 12th of this semester, we organized our classmates to participate in the “3.12 Tree Planting Activity” organized by the Youth Volunteer Guidance Center. In this activity, the students performed well and planted 60 ginkgo seedlings safely. Not only has it injected fresh vitality into our hospital, but it has also swayed the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, which are diligent and brave. The sweat that is inexhaustible is the youth they are writing without regret.

3. For the two interest groups, we held the “Orchard Flower Tulip Flower Show” and the “Science Knowledge Competition”. In the flower show, the students showed a strong interest in learning. They were very interested in each other. They asked the relevant personnel to ask relevant knowledge and record each beautiful moment. In the science knowledge contest, we collected all aspects of scientific knowledge. A thorough examination of the students and rewards for those with excellent grades. We believe that in this form of active ways to strengthen the students' professional knowledge, professional skills and scientific culture, we can get twice the result with half the effort and receive better results.

Third, internal and external attention to exchange and cooperation work atmosphere is happy

We have always believed that a good cooperative relationship is the premise for promoting the development of all kinds of work. Therefore, we continue to support the work of the Innovation and Practice Center of the Youth League Committee and to put forward the working principles and service tenets in our daily work. Under the premise of ensuring quality, it highlights the focus of work. On the one hand, it pays attention to exchanges and cooperation with other brothers' houses. For example, in the near future, the "Following my profession-conceptual works competition" held by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and the three schools of science are working. During the active preparations, we will promote mutual understanding through the holding of activities; we will focus on exchanges and cooperation with other departments of the Youth League Committee and the Student Union, which will not only bring the quality of work to a new level, but also enable the staff of all working systems in our hospital. The relationship is more harmonious, and it also provides a more perfect platform for the students to improve themselves.

Fourth, the evaluation work will be carried out on schedule as scheduled.

1. The evaluation of the May Fourth Movement is on schedule. In order to meet the rigorous review of the work done by the School Youth League Innovation Practice Center and other brothers' homes during the semester, all our members and officers are working hard to be realistic and pragmatic. With a passionate enthusiasm, I wrote a gorgeous piece of music, and played a perfect chord for the progress of the whole department. We will treat ourselves with the best and most true self, and accept the inspections with humility.

2. While the department is actively preparing for evaluation, we have also carried out a comprehensive inspection of the innovation and practice of each subordinate branch, and in accordance with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, the work of the innovation and practice committees of each branch in this school year. Give a comprehensive and impartial evaluation, so that in the future work, it can accumulate work experience, continue good work style, learn from work lessons, and gradually mature.
