During the summer vacation, we set up a recruiting new committee - a group secretary department. In the afternoon, the Preparatory Committee gathered in the afternoon to sort out the first and second volunteer numbers and classifications, and determined the written test on the 16th evening, the specific process of the 17th round of interviews, personnel arrangement, notification transmission, material preparation, etc. . After the end of the 16th written test, we conducted a meeting on “Inviting New Arrangements”, detailing the entire process of recruiting new work and the specific work arrangements for the next day. In the second round of the recruiting, we divided three groups, each of which completed the planning of the book, the temporary hosting of the event and the painting of the poster, and screening according to the needs of each department. Although this is a relatively large innovation, there are some shortcomings due to temporary changes. In response to some shortcomings in this recruitment, I made some reflections as follows:

First, because the members of the recruiting committee of the recruiting committee are only members of the secretary department, in the process of recruiting new ones, the recruitment requirements of other departments have not been fully considered, and there are loopholes in interview preparation and preparation of materials, especially in the second round of interviews. Therefore, I suggest that the Preparatory Committee should be based on the Secretarial Department in the future. Other departments will follow up with one person and report the situation to their departments in a timely manner.

Second, the initial publicity efforts are not enough. The posters were not completed and posted in time, and the impression on the new students was greatly diminished. Moreover, in addition to the propaganda of each student organization, the propaganda column does not have the necessary management. In this regard, the propaganda department must follow up and do the daily necessary work.

Third, the personnel arrangement is not reasonable enough. At that time, only the number of interviewers was considered, the scene might be confusing, and two people were assigned to sign in to work, and four were responsible for guiding the work. However, on the day of work, it was found that after the interviewer gave a batch of interview notifications every half an hour, the staff's time was not fully utilized. For this question, I think it is because my trust in our staff has not reached 100%. Therefore, I think trust should be crucial in a group activity.

Fourth, the new written test and the second round of interview compression are completed in three consecutive days, which gives the staff and freshmen a greater sense of urgency. However, due to the mid-autumn holiday on the weekend of the first week of freshmen, our arrangement must be compact, which increases our workload and difficulty. But at the same time, in this respect, we also realized that we can't follow the plan according to the plan, and more are random and timely supplements.

5. In the communication with the interviewing students, the communication failed to arrive in time. For example, a classmate who did not pass a round of interviews could not receive the result that night. In this regard, apart from being too tight for a time to communicate as an excuse, I think on the other hand, it is also related to personnel arrangements - in fact, the Secretary can be left to serve as a secretary to help inform the letter.

Of course, the smooth end of the recruiting work is also related to the good performance of our entire team in this process:

First of all, many freshmen report that the visits of the Youth League Committee are very friendly - they are concerned about their new life into a new environment, and they feel the care of their brothers and sisters.

Secondly, as of September 13, the self-recommended form received was only one-third of the expected. So I made a second publicity temporarily - the collection of the self-recommendation form of the first stage of the recruiting of the new class will be closed soon. At the same time, give them advice on the trade-offs between study and student work, and advise them to ask more brothers and sisters. Through this two-time publicity, the subsequent recruiting work can be carried out smoothly.

Finally, after the second round of employment list is confirmed, timely seek the opinions of the interviewees, and timely understand whether they have participated in multiple student organizations, and prepare for the stability of the late members.

All in all, through recruiting, communication between members of various departments has become frequent, and the tacit understanding and intimacy of collaboration among departments has been invisibly enhanced. Mutual encouragement and mutual assistance at work makes us feel the warmth of the big family of the Youth League Committee . In the new school year, we will take care of the new officers and give them warmth.
