1. Someone told me that the work of the Communist Youth League is not good, complicated, chaotic, and without rules. After hearing it was a bit timid, but still bravely took office. It seems that there is really nothing. Since the workload is heavy, it is impossible for the group secretary to complete it alone. Therefore, I think that each class should also undertake the corresponding tasks. Their assistance did give me a lot of unnecessary trouble. The strength of a person is limited, but the strength of the team is extraordinary. We don't have to spend a lot of effort and it's easy to do. Learning here, fully mobilizing everyone's enthusiasm, work is no longer terrible.

2. In this semester, a total of five activities were planned, including 3 group day activities and 2 class activities. From the planning to the development of the activities, all links are closely linked, and coordination and communication between the classes are fully utilized. Although we have already known as a sophomore, the position of Ban Gan is not very good, but I try to complete the tasks within the division. I personally think that the spirit of their dedication is commendable. Because, the real experience, the class work did not encounter any obstacles, everything is executed according to the original plan, indicating that we have all fulfilled our obligations.

Second, the defect understanding

1. In this semester, the focus of my work is on the group branch, mainly the first group of party activists within the class, and the preparation of party members' information in November. At that time, the heavy workload of the work did not promptly recognize the various adverse conditions that occurred in the class. For example, for a period of time, the attendance rate of the class is not very good. The class attendance of the class did not fall into place, causing individual students to take advantage of the time during this period. These should be strengthened by the class and recognized In some respects, there is no strict supervision, and more attention should be paid in the future.

2, the biggest flaw in my time as the branch secretary, actually appeared. The lack of timely information transmission has caused me trouble for a while. Regarding the project in which the college participated in the competition, due to the negligence of the class and me, it was not announced in the class in time, and some problems occurred, which had a certain impact.

3. The last class activity “Celebration New Year's Day, Welcome New Year” was not as perfect as the conception. The disjointed phenomenon of each step was really unexpected. The grand party should be foolproof, or it appeared. problem. First of all, the students did not participate in the party in time, causing the party to delay for a while, leaving a bad influence on the teacher. This all indicated that the work before the meeting was not in place and did not receive enough attention from the students.
