So far, we have completed the initial work plan for the semester and achieved certain results. The work of this half-semester is summarized as follows:

This semester, because the scope of influence of type A h1n1 is getting wider and wider, and the degree is deeper and deeper, which has caused a series of campus cultural activities to be affected accordingly. In response to such a situation, the general student association of our group will start from the actual situation. The main work direction is to "improve the internal quality of the student union and strengthen internal management".

Study style construction:

In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, it is a powerful way to promote the construction of the style of study, create a good campus culture atmosphere, and cultivate the humanistic qualities of college students invisibly. Our department has carried out the knowledge contest of the new student manual, safety and electricity sampling and other related activities, so that students can understand that the school rules and regulations should be paid attention to when entering the school, and the self-conscious management should constrain themselves. At the same time, I will formulate the quantitative assessment standards for class goal management, and unify the department. The class schedule fundamentally strengthens the class management, increases the disciplinary understanding of the class, and condenses the class strength, laying a solid foundation for the smooth development of various activities in the future. The "Sound of It", which will be published in the campus computer service center, will provide a good stage for our professional knowledge level display, so that more people can understand and understand the information engineering department.

Campus culture:

The new semester men's basketball league actively prepared by the Ministry of Sports has kicked off the campus cultural activities of our department. During the activities, the sports department has carried out serious and pragmatic work, arranged work tasks reasonably, and provided reliable and orderly competition procedures for the participating teams. Let this men's basketball league enhance the friendship and exchange between the students of each class, and construct a platform for new and old students to exchange and learn from each other. The freshman speech contest allowed the students in each class to participate actively in the self-fulfilling activities, and let the freshmen in the competition exercise their self-speaking ability and promote their positive psychology.

Internal construction:

After the establishment of the new student union, the first thing to do is to let the cadres and members of the student unions familiar with the functions of the department, and to understand the general work direction and tasks of their departments. The departments have carried out effective exchange activities for the departmental situation. He has studied and guided the development of various tasks, united the internal strength of the department, and united as one to move toward his own job. At the same time, in response to the work of the student union cadres, the Department also organized the “Team Training Conference” and “Moderator Training Conference”. The series of elementary training activities, such as the “Student Cadre Qingma Class” in the later period, played an important role in improving the work of the student cadres and improving the working methods, so that the cadres of the Student Union would constantly improve themselves.

Due to the short time of taking the job and the lack of work experience, we also know that there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies, such as:

First, the lack of communication and communication between the various departments of the Student Union, the convergence is not in place, resulting in some activities of the Student Union, organizational work can not be fully in place, lack of integrity and continuity.

Second, when the corresponding departments hold activities, they do not pay attention to the propaganda of the activities, and always finish the activities quietly, so that some excellent activities can not be timely publicized.

Third, the department still lacks certain enthusiasm and initiative when carrying out activities. Most of them are carrying out the work of the department in a passive manner, so that some activities carried out are not fresh and not innovative.

For the shortcomings and shortcomings of the above work, we will seriously reflect on it, improve the working methods from the actual situation, and strive to mature in the lessons.

The new student union is still making progress in the exploration, how to play the role of the grassroots student union in the increasingly open campus, and make a due contribution to the work of the general student association of our group, in the future work practice.
