The registration time for our school is September 4th. This year, the number of freshmen in our department is 119. In order to do a good job in welcoming the new students, our department held a welcome work meeting on the evening of September 3. The meeting formulated a detailed plan to carry out division of labor and clear tasks. On the morning of September 4th, the student cadres of the Sports Department Sub-Committee and the Student Union started the work of welcoming the new students in accordance with the established plan. Under the on-site command of the teachers of our department, Wang Demin, the deputy secretary Xu Tiejun, and the counselor Tan Chenggang, The department and the small group of workers cooperated in an orderly manner to carry out the new reception work, which made this welcome work a complete success.

In order to welcome the new students, we have arranged to receive new students at various locations. The station received 3 people, 9 people at the entrance of the station, 12 people in the physical and chemical laboratory building, 8 in the dormitory, and 47 in the guide. At the same time, in order to enable freshmen to successfully complete the admission procedures, our student unions will implement one-on-one work methods and responsibility to people. From the new reception to the registration and accommodation, the student cadres are responsible for the whole process. Whether it is a small problem in the details or some common problems, the school has provided the most convenient service and help for the new students, so that the new students can feel the welcome and concern of the school and the teacher at the moment of entering the school. Parents are satisfied with this. In the face of unfamiliar environments and strangers, the new heart is somewhat uneasy, and it is more or less uncomfortable. However, my meticulous and thoughtful work has made the new students feel at home. One of the freshmen said: "Your reception work is too thoughtful, and the new staff is too enthusiastic. It is beyond imagination!" Some new parents said: "Seeing such a warm reception, such a warm service, we are very reassured that the children are here."

Through this new student, we can see that the performance of the student cadres is very good, especially at noon, everyone is running sweating, but no one is yelling and retreating. Their serious and pragmatic working attitude shows the freshmen and parents the style of our sports department and it is worth learning for each of us.

At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, all the freshmen arrived, and held a new parents' symposium and a new student conference in the gymnasium. The meeting was attended by Xu Tiejun, the counselor Tan Chenggang, two assistant counselors, and all the class-level freshmen. Presided over by Deputy Secretary Xu Tiejun. First of all, Xu Shuji briefly introduced the Department of Physical Education. After 10 years, the freshmen were divided into majors, and they chose majors according to their achievements. There are 19 masters, 1 international referee and 2 national referees. At the same time, many graduates of our department have successfully employed. In the face of today's huge employment pressure, there are a large number of students who are postgraduate, trained, coaches, and teachers. Finally, due to the recent entry into the university campus, security issues are of particular concern, and neither personal safety nor property security can be ignored.

In the evening, Wang Demin, director of the sports department, Ma Bin, teaching director, Xu Tiejun, deputy secretary, and Wang Jianjun, director of the office, led a group of freshmen, assistant counselors, and student union members to the new dormitory to actively understand the new students' stay. During the visit, the leaders and teachers introduced and explained the new students to the professional construction, military training arrangements, and student dormitory management systems.
