Summary of the work of the secretariat in 2019

In the past half of the semester, our secretariat has completed the established tasks and participated in the organization of certain student activities according to the characteristics of its own work, combined with the actual situation of the Student Union , and guided the student union and students to develop in an all-round way.

Looking back at the work and activities of the first half of the semester, I am going to summarize the work of the Secretariat for the first half of the semester from the following aspects.

I. Changes in job functions

The change in the job function of the Secretariat is first of all due to the expansion of the scope of work and the increase of the functions of our secretariat with the merger of the Student Union and the Youth League. All of these have greatly increased the workload of our secretariat. The management of the two organizations was on our shoulders. At first, I felt that the burden on my shoulders was heavy and stressful. We have held several meetings to discuss future work. We know that there are many thorns in front, but we believe that our united collective of our Secretariat will overcome many difficulties and continue to write our glory. In the end we did it and we succeeded.

After the merger of the two organizations, the first question before us is how to get familiar with the strange faces of the Youth League Committee as soon as possible. Because our job is to supervise the management of student cadres. If we don't even know people, then management supervision will be impossible. To this end, we quickly became familiar with them using duty, activities, and evening study room attendance. In terms of management, we also encountered some problems at the beginning. Some student cadres did not adapt to the management mode of our student union . However, with the joint efforts of all of us, the work of our new organization, the Youth League Committee, has gradually entered the right track.

Second, daily work

In this half of the study, we still continue to perform various attendance work for the Students' Union of the Youth League Committee. Our attendance programs are still on duty, late self-study, bedroom, and event check-in. We insist on self-study every night and at least one time in the dormitory, so we can further strengthen the construction of the student cadre team.

Sometimes our attendance work also encounters some problems. Many student cadres do not understand our work and think that our attendance is a form, it does not matter. This kind of thinking is very wrong. As a law enforcer, should we not lead by example? The answer is yes. We have to manage others and let the departments serve you. First, we must do it ourselves and play a leading role.

The daily work of this semester is about to end. Looking at the daily attendance work during this half-learning period, we have gained a lot of work experience. In the face of the future, we are ready to meet new challenges.

Third, related activities

In the past half of the semester, our secretary participated in the activities organized by the Student Union of the Youth League Committee. Every time we attend the event, we always come to the venue to assist the organizers to do the on-site layout of related activities. Our work has won unanimous praise from all departments.

1, welcome new students

Welcome work is the beginning of the new semester work of our student union , and it is also the top priority of our new semester work, which has attracted the attention of all members of our student union . All members of our Secretariat returned to the school as early as possible to carry out related preparatory work. On the day of the welcome, our secretariat was arranged at the baggage claim office. As we all know, this is a dirty and tiring job, but we have no complaints at all, and we are actively involved in related work. We went out early and returned late, and finally accomplished the task outstandingly, which was highly praised by the leaders for our work.

2, a stream of bed

On the eve of the eleventh, A stream raided us, and there was a case of a stream in the school. Due to the dense population of the school, the school decided to evacuate the students urgently, 11 holidays in advance. After the return of the holiday, the school decided to observe all students for three days. Our secretariat was assigned to Ziqiang Park. During the past few days, it was affected by cold air and the temperature dropped, especially at night. However, none of us left the post without authorization, actively assisted the teacher to do a good job, and finally completed the bed closure work.

3, the general meeting

The re-election was a happy and sad event. We sent away the ninth session of the Youth League Committee Student Union with a sentimental feeling. We were excited to welcome the core of the 10th Session of the Youth League Committee. The most memorable thing about this conference is the words of Chairman Zhao Xuanchen, "We get together and merge into a lightning bolt." The collective power is great!

4, Yusu expansion activities

In order to further familiarize everyone with each other, further enhance everyone's feelings and organize the event, our secretariat came to the gymnasium early to sign-in work. In the event, we and the propaganda department and the network information part are in a group. The active games are all tests of unity and cooperation. Through this event, everyone became more familiar with each other, and the feelings further deepened.

5, girls ice star model contest

The "Ice and Snow Star" model contest of the Girls Department, we are everywhere. In the preparatory work, our Secretariat members used their evening classes and empty class time to actively assist the girls department in doing the preparatory work. During the event, the positions of etiquette, photography, music, and logistics were all active in the members of our Secretariat. Finally, the Ministry of Women’s Affairs was successfully completed to complete the event.

6. Shaomin knowledge contest

The knowledge contest of small people, etiquette, logistics is the role of our secretariat in this activity, and we finally do our part to do our own work.

7, the house video contest

The housekeeping video contest, the male etiquette women. The division is the key to this event. It is not to be mistaken. It needs to be extremely careful. The three girls in our department have finally completed this task and helped the Ministry of Services to draw a successful conclusion.

8, living classroom competition contest

The life classroom evaluation competition, the task of the division is still handed over to our secretariat. This time, we joined hands with men and women to make progress in an orderly manner, and finally ensure a successful conclusion.

9. Learning speech contest

In the speech of the learning department, our boys went to the scene to assist in the work and received praise from the organizers.

Due to the flow of semester, the activities of the Student Union of our Youth League Committee have been relatively reduced, and many large-scale activities have to be cancelled. However, in these various activities, we have learned a lot of work details. This is what we will organize in the future. Valuable experience.

Fourth, the new semester outlook

Looking forward to the new semester, we still have a lot to go, we still have a lot of problems to solve.

First of all, we must further improve the relevant assessment system so that all student cadres can really play a leading role.

Furthermore, we must strengthen the ties with the Secretariats of the student unions of all departments, and we will work together to develop together.

Third, organize activities related to the functions of the Secretariat to mobilize the enthusiasm of work and study.
