With the help of various counselors and the active cooperation and support of all classes and students, as well as the efforts of all members of the department, the discipline inspection work has achieved certain results and won the recognition of the majority of students.

First, the department is new

On September 23, 2019, under the unified arrangement of the Student Union of the Management Department Sub-Committee, our department began to recruit new members of the No.8 class at the appointed time. Based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, we selected 14 out of the more than 30 students. new member. For the early morning reading of the zero-eighth class, our department has developed a series of attendance systems.

According to the arrangement, the officers at level 0 and 8 will gather at the front door of the gym at 6:40 in the morning. Check the morning exercises at 6:50 and start attendance for each class at 7:30. On the same day, the classmates who were late or not arrived were reported to the counselor in time.

Every night, each class of self-study disciplines is subject to irregular inspections, including classroom inspections, maintenance of classroom and reading room discipline so that students have a good learning environment and improve their learning efficiency.

Third, the maintenance of the order of various activities

The experience of the department members has increased, and all the work has been on the right track. The members of the discipline inspection department have cooperated with the various activities in the department to maintain order and give play to their own advantages.
At the sports meeting in October, the officers of our department enthusiastically, actively went to the competition area to maintain order and sign-in work, and in the management base camp area, we can see that our officers serve the athletes in their own positions.
In mid-November, our department held a welcome meeting for freshmen, and our department officers made their own affairs to maintain the order of the scene.
In order to welcome the arrival of New Year's Day, the school will hold a wonderful New Year's Day cultural evening. Our department is also preparing for our work - how to make the scene order better and how to do security measures.

Fourth, the existing problems

However, it should also be noted that there are many deficiencies in the work, and the work is not 100% guaranteed to be accurate. We have made such changes in the first time to minimize the error rate. When there is a conflict with your classmates, you will find a solution.

I personally think that in the next semester's disciplinary inspection work, we can improve and upgrade from the following aspects to ensure that the work is carried out more effectively:

1. As the work was not completed on time, the weekly attendance results were not submitted to the counselor in time, so that the counselor's reputation could understand the attendance rate this week.

2. Lack of communication between departments and departments.
