Student Union Outreach Department Work Summary

In a blink of an eye, it has been 4 months since I entered the student union . Although it is not a long time, for me, from the beginning of the near ignorance to the present, my own growth can be deeply felt. I have learned a lot of knowledge and added a lot of work experience.

As a group, the student union is in it and understands the importance of teamwork. Whether it is within the department or between the department and the department. So at work, I learned to cooperate with others and cooperate with each other to complete, which is also a great harvest for me.

Furthermore, as a member of the External Relations Department, I also deeply understand the importance of external relations. Therefore, some time ago, at the invitation of the XX Academy, our Foreign Affairs Department went to exchange and study. The other five university representatives present at the meeting had a variety of discussions and reached a lot of consensus. Everyone hopes that In the future activities, there will be more contacts and cooperation. Actively carry out various networking activities and competitions between schools and schools. Since then, we have participated in their group association reunion conference, enthusiastic staff, neat assembly, and methodical assembly procedures, all of which are examples of our study. This trip to Tongji was the first foreign event I took after I entered the Student Union , which made me profitable. It also recognizes some of the shortcomings and shortcomings of our department. Therefore, external exchanges through various channels are the key and necessary for the growth of the department.

Some time ago, through the contact with XX Magazine, and on June 22nd, our staff and XX company, XX University Animal Protectors Association staff held a charity event with the theme of caring for and protecting animals. The main purpose of the activity is to promote the knowledge of animal environmental education to the majority of students and citizens, so that the concept of protected animals can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and construct a natural environment in which people and animals live in harmony. As the first important external activity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the department also attaches great importance to it and holds meetings and arranges work in advance. The working spirit of everyone's hard work has made up for the shortcomings of lack of experience. In the course of this event, although there was a small storm, it was solved smoothly through communication. This also made me understand the importance of doing all the work before, and enhance the ability to deal with emergencies. Such external activities have added good experience to the future work of our institute. It also enables our department to have more confidence and ability to actively communicate and communicate with the outside world.
Working in the student union , a proactive work attitude is very important to us, whether it is the department's own activities, or the school's arrangement and organization. Therefore, on June 30th, a group of 11 people from our hospital and the students from the Food College and the Ocean College went to the “Food and Drug Safety Publicity into the Community” series of publicity activities, which was organized by our school and started with the theme of “Health begins with safe eating”. As a volunteer among me, it is an unshirkable responsibility to make a small contribution to such a charity event.

In the above activities, I learned a little bit, and I made a little progress.
