First, the "New Year's Eve" theme: In order to welcome the arrival of the new students, under the leadership of the teachers and the active cooperation of the students, our department held a new-style party event with the theme of “Flying Dreams”.

First, we drafted the plan, submitted the application, and passed the step-by-step review of the leader, which was finally approved, and several requirements were put forward for the event.

Then clarify the big ideas, prepare for the party, and notify the person in charge of the class to let the students participate actively. Show their talents, with the cooperation of the heads of the classes, the students are full of confidence, passion and registration.

1) Screen screening, through a few days of hard work, we conducted the first screening of the program, and finally set a dozen more representative programs, although some programs were not selected for performance, but we saw them We are encouraged by the serious attitude and unremitting spirit.

2) The host election, due to the rush of time, we used a short time to select the moderator, and used a shorter time to write the host's lines, to the opening and closing. As a result, the host appeared on the stage of forgetting words, missing words, and being overwhelmed by tension. There are also the moderator's lack of resilience, the sensitivity of the reaction is not strong, and there is a cold field in the middle.

At the end of September, we held this welcome party in the lecture hall. The atmosphere of the party was very strong and enthusiastic, but there were also many missing words.

They were not clear about what they should do. How to bring the recipients, the leading teachers who presented the awards to the stage, how to award them, how to step down... Obviously, their essentials for etiquette, awarding programs, requirements, etc. Unfamiliar, we should strengthen their training and training, and strive to further improve the level of etiquette and strengthen temperament.

3 Audio distribution, several times, when the actors perform, there is no sound, current interference and other issues in the microphone. Before the party, personnel should be prepared to avoid these problems.

4 game links, game design does not have a certain level, not enough classic stimulation, can not mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, it is easy to appear some embarrassing situation in the middle.

Although there were many obstacles encountered in the evening party, under our efforts, we have overcome many difficulties in time, which made the orientation party basically successful. Through this work, I learned a lot and made me realize my work experience. Insufficient, in the future work, learn lessons, learn from each other's strengths, and strive to complete this work more perfect.

Second, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the motherland, the "New Year Celebration National Day Songs Competition" was held. From the beginning of this semester, we used part of the time to rehearse the chorus every night, which made my chorus level greatly improved, but also encountered many difficulties in the process of chorus.

1) In the absence of personnel, we are going to celebrate the National Day celebrations of the 100-member chorus on National Day. The collective of 100 people, at first, due to personal factors and other factors, we can't avoid the phenomenon of absenteeism, and try to pass all the hard indicators, such as Attendance, including the annual general assessment, evaluation of moral education and other regulations, through a certain period of persistence efforts, basically eliminate this phenomenon.

2) Being late is not serious. Some students' collective consciousness is not strong enough. They don't care about this kind of activity. They even start to be curious. So late, not serious, often happens. With the cooperation of the students, after a certain period of time. Planning, the level of chorus has been further improved, rising to a new stage.

On September 30th, in order to celebrate the 60th birthday of the motherland of the motherland, I would like to offer a song - the bright red sun of China and China will never fall. Hundreds of people unified the electrical engineering department suits, marching neatly, fighting spirits, and stepping into the venue. In October, in order to enrich the students' after-school life, we held a joint dance party. Under the discussion of each class, each class chose a friendship object, negotiated with the class and responsible students, and we also made a series of The contingency plan, the various literary committees and the class should also take precautions in all aspects. For example, the dangers of the networking process, the enthusiasm of the students, the cold field, the audio equipment and other issues, so that these activities can be completed smoothly.

The fourth and third series of the New Year's party will be held together to celebrate the youth.

I don’t want to make any new ideas at this party. The first three-way joint party, the leaders can trust this important task on my shoulders. I feel very honored and feel great pressure at the same time, but I want to turn pressure into motivation. Do your best to complete the work.

The students had a positive attitude and high enthusiasm. After the rehearsal, we decided on the final program under the discussion of Zhang Shuji, the chairmen of the departments and the ministers of the various departments of literature and art. The party work is nearing the end, and our long-awaited New Year's party will be staged immediately. From the preparations for the evening party to the rehearsal, we have all done our best, and all the work is strictly required to be close to perfection. I hope that this party will be as perfect as we expected.

This semester is about to pass. Through the various tasks I have completed, I have carefully reflected on myself. Why are there so many problems in my work, and what good aspects can be developed and improved. On the whole, it is my own working method. Not accurate enough, the requirements for myself are not strict enough. In the next semester, I plan to organize and lead the students to organize more literary and artistic activities, establish more literary and art associations, go to the old people's homes to visit the elderly with the Youth Volunteers Association, and give them relief and carry forward I am a virtue, and I am doing what I want to do, and I hope that the leadership will continue to test me.
