1. The fifth karaoke contest of the Department of Communication

In April 2019, my department held the fifth karaoke competition. I was responsible for the on-site registration. Although everyone was not very active at the beginning, many students were enrolled in the competition. In this way, the preliminary competition kicked off, and I joined Zhang Ting in the competition. In the preliminary round, I was responsible for the on-site registration and taking pictures of the students. Record a good moment. Finally, the first 12 players were selected in the preliminary round and entered the semi-finals. I was also honored to advance, and then I was busy preparing for the song. Later, the finals were ushered in, and the finals ended with a combination of ok one. The event enriched the cultural life of college students, demonstrated the quality of art activities, exercised the individual abilities of college students, and improved the comprehensive quality of college students.

Activity advantages:

The event was very high and the attitude was extremely serious. The friends and relatives supported the creation of a good atmosphere, which made the highlights of the whole event provide a good platform for the singing enthusiasts to show themselves. The variety of singing tracks is complete, and there are popular and ethnic groups that have laid a good foundation for the viewing of the whole party. The student unions actively cooperated with each other to demonstrate the good spirit of a united and harmonious large group.

Inadequate activity:

The shortcoming is mainly reflected in the fact that the control field is not in place, resulting in frequent errors in the equipment.

In general, for this event, we can further coordinate and unite our future work, but there is always no perfect thing. We also know the inadequacies, so we have a lot of rich experience, which will be for us later. The work is also an incentive, we will start from the shortcomings, think more, sum up. We believe that as long as we work hard, we will be able to achieve greater success.

two. Student will check hygiene

In May 2019, the student union was in turn to check the health of the dormitory. The three girls and I were assigned to the No. 1 building to check the hygiene.

According to the results of the inspection, some hostels are doing a good job and the whole is very clean, but some of the hostels are very poor in hygiene and do not meet the requirements, because many of the people in our dormitory are big 2, big 3 internships or already Internship, so the overall health is not good. Unscheduled health checkups from the Student Union . We have improved the reference standards for health inspection of student residences and the evaluation criteria for dormitory health scores. To a certain extent, we have greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of our university students to pay attention to hygiene and to become civilized college students. In the process of dormitory health inspection, we treat people with politeness and put forward their deficiencies and demand perfection. At the same time, they introduced our functions patiently and sincerely welcome them to provide valuable comments and suggestions. Finally, we promptly reflected the results of the student dormitory inspection and the existing problems. Unscheduled dormitory health inspections not only strengthened the health management of the dormitory, but also urged the students to organize their own internal affairs so that they can develop good living habits and provide a good environment for learning. At the same time, it ensures the communication between the classmates and the student union , and finds problems and solves them in time. Such information exchange and workflow ensure the safety and comfort of the students' living environment, and also fulfill the mission of the Ministry of Life.

three. Etiquette team

In May 2019, the communication department was a new ceremonial team. I am responsible for the transmission and the order.

In order to comprehensively improve the internal and external cultivation of our etiquette, we will create a temperament girl who is self-confident, self-reliant and self-reliant in the new era, better serve our department's activities, and also inject new blood into our department to better explore the potential of new students. The Department of Literature and Art of the Student Union conducted a new ceremonial team. After more than two hours of strict selection, the new work was successfully completed. This new activity is divided into two parts. In the new activity, we not only examine the selected people. Their height, size, looks and temperament, but also their basic knowledge of etiquette services; 14 people selected from the contestants, after training, they will enter the work as soon as possible. This time, let the students to etiquette The team has gained more understanding, added new vitality to the students' union , and enhanced their awareness of strengthening their own etiquette, which has played a positive role in their future life.

Overall, the event was more successful. But from this we also summed up some experiences that can be borrowed from the future, as well as the inadequacies that should be paid attention to in time and corrected in future work.

four. Drama stage

In June 2019, our department held a big stage of drama, and I was responsible for etiquette.

In the moment when this opportunity and challenge coexist, in order to enrich university life and inspire the spirit of innovation and enthusiasm of contemporary college students, our school will hold a special stage competition for drama, which is aimed at communication students and adheres to the principle of fairness and justice. The real purpose of the competition group is to let a new generation of college students learn to compare in competition and cooperation, learn to absorb, learn to improve, cultivate the excellent quality of cooperation and progress of college students, and let everyone realize that each classmate is a large family of teachers. An important member, we do not distinguish between you and me, and thus create a strong harmonious atmosphere for our campus. When the host successively reported the final points, the contest came to a close. At the drama contest, I felt that our failure lies in the script and the time. From this drama competition, we should realize the importance of choosing the script. Throughout the entire competition process, those teams with high honors awards have definitely spent a lot of thought on the choice of scripts. Their scripts can have a positive meaning behind them, moving and stimulating. .... The next drama contest, we should do a good job in all aspects, fully prepared. Strive for a higher level.
