Time is like running water, quietly, September and October are like this! In the past two months, my social activities department has initially completed the relevant tasks.

1. Recruitment of new youth volunteers

Today, we recruit more than 160 freshmen, four university departments, and one specialist class. Among them, 148 people volunteered to join the ranks of young volunteers, accounting for 87% of all freshmen, which is several percentage points higher than previous years.

Second, the management of the system

In this issue, our department has redefined the work plan for young volunteers to participate in the construction of the department:

The new students who are willing to join our department will lead the young volunteers in the class to work, and also let them learn by themselves and prepare for the follow-up force of our department.

Third, the recruitment of new forces in our department

According to the opinions of the current department, our department is equipped with a social activity committee at class 06 to let them receive relevant training, in preparation for the new strength of our department.

Fourth, social practice summary

I am summarizing the relevant materials and social practices of social activities in the summer, in the relevant departments.

With the help of the team teacher, the comparison is excellent! Among them, some excellent social practice reports, advanced individuals in social practice, advanced groups in social practice, and so on are recommended.

The above is the work situation in September and October! At work, we have a lot of gains and many mistakes.

In the recruitment of young volunteers, we explained the work of young volunteers to the freshmen in various classes, conveyed the work concept of young volunteers, and improved the enthusiasm of new students to participate in young volunteers, making young volunteers The proportion of participants has increased significantly! However, we also have shortcomings, such as: we have not yet established a sound youth volunteer management system, and we have not been able to establish a complete youth volunteer registration file! These will be gradually completed in future work.

In terms of co-construction, our young volunteers demonstrated their work philosophy of wholehearted service and achieved good results in only two organizations. We believe that our young volunteers will perform even better in their future work.

In terms of the “recruitment” of the Forces nouvelles, several social activities committee members are actively organizing youth volunteers to participate in the activities, showing the positive and positive outlook of young volunteers. However, although the results have been seen in the second aspect, it has not yet been able to organize meaningful and meaningful volunteer activities.

In terms of social practice, due to work mistakes, our department performed poorly in this respect, which made many summaries work failed to complete in a timely and complete manner, resulting in a backlog of final work.

The work is rewarding, there are mistakes, there are people who are satisfied, and some people are disappointed! No matter what, we will carry forward the good work in the future work, abandon the dross, and let the young volunteers work to a new level!
