After two years, the students will continue to go out and someone will come in, and I am still full of passion for the work of the student union , staying in the last class. In the post, just two years of work experience has increased my maturity and confidence in my position as vice chairman!

Here are some summaries of my two years of work at the Student Union :

First of all, what is the student union ? This is a question that everybody at the student union has to think about.

I remember when I was in the new interview for the student union , the classroom blackboard said: There are students who will have student unions . Hao Ge asked if we could understand the meaning. The immature we only regard it as the slogan of occupying the classroom. Now I want to come. The meaning of this sentence is very deep. I think this sentence can be read like this: There are students, there will be student unions . On weekdays, we all say that the student union is an organization that serves students. Yes, an organization can only do activities and do well if it is “from the students to the students”. This is an organization that is prosperous. The basis of the people.

Second, the members of the student union must have three qualities.

1. Autonomy.
2, thinking type.
3. Cooperation.

The student union will train comprehensive talents, which requires the members of the student union to be independent, thinking and cooperative. Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. The accumulation on weekdays is one thing, but diligent and diligent, down-to-earth people may not be able to stand out in the end of the change, because the student union cadres must learn to think and innovate independently, listen to others. It can only be taken away, and seriousness is not the only factor of success. When the student council is evaluating or promoting, there will always be people who regret that they did not study well last year, so that they spent a lot of energy and time on the work, and they were not left behind.

Many students like to blame the reasons for poor learning in participating in school activities, and participate in the work of the student union . I can say that you are a kind of sin against yourself! Finally, I would like to talk about the development direction of the Student Union . Four aspects of development.

First, build a student union system and strengthen the construction of the student union system.

Historical experience and real experience tell us that without a good system it is impossible to produce a good team organization. The so-called state-owned country law, the family has family rules, and our student unions should have their own rules and regulations. Below I briefly introduce the basic structure of the system construction: the student union system includes the student conference system, the financial system, the cadre selection system, the activity application system, the reward and punishment system, the new system, the duty system, and the accounting system.

Second, build a daily work operation mechanism and improve the various functions of the Student Union .

The daily work of the Students' Union should be organized and systematic. The formation of systemization is not to rigidify our thinking, but to achieve the highest quality of task completion with the principle of quality first and efficiency first, with the least time and the highest efficiency. Of course, the construction of this mechanism needs to be continuously summarized and discussed. It is not something that can be completed overnight. Therefore, I need to further summarize and think about the establishment of the daily operation mechanism of the Student Union .

Third, build a major activity operation mechanism to improve the resilience of the student union ;

The establishment of this mechanism is mainly to deal with the organization of major events and the handling of emergencies, such as the upcoming event planning activities such as the upcoming welcome party, sports meeting, etc., so that the student union can organize the activity responsible group in the shortest time. , arrange all kinds of work, and at the same time enable the person in charge of the activity to be put into the work as soon as possible with the most full spirit, to ensure that the activities are organized and orderly, and improve the organizational ability and adaptability of the student union . At present, I am thinking about the construction of her specific architecture. Sexuality can already have a preliminary plan, and the only thing missing is the test and improvement of practice.

Fourth, establish a cultural communication system for student unions and improve the propaganda function.

The network center should strengthen the management and maintenance of the student union website, update the webpage in a timely and accurate manner, and report on the activities of the latest student union . The Propaganda Department should collect more creative layouts for each event.
