The work of the Student Union , I started from the Secretarial Department. At that time, I also carried out a lot of activities under the leadership of the then Minister He Shilan, and did a lot of work, mainly about the work inside the office, although sometimes busy, but in the days of the secretary I feel warmth and comfort, which also makes me have deeper feelings for the students of our department. At the same time, I also learned how to get along better with people, how to make more friends, and finally let me learn. A lot of work methods and techniques have laid a solid foundation for my current work. Later, due to the adjustment of the student union organization, I was honored to study the post of the departmental department, and then the leadership and training of the minister Li Hui, which enabled me to learn more different things in different fields. The excellence of the two ministers still feels a great distance until now, and the enthusiasm and responsibility of their work is worth learning forever.
My main job at the Secretarial Department was:
1. Responsible for the daily affairs of the Student Union Office. Such as office duty, convening meeting notices and all tasks assigned by the Youth League Committee.
2. The student union will file the relevant documents and the materials submitted by the clubs. Such as the work plan of each department, activity plan, evaluation results, activity summary, etc.
3. Assist the responsible deputy to arrange and coordinate the large-scale activities of the Student Union , the layout of the event venue and the logistics.
4. Assist in the work of the Vice-Chairman of the Management Officer. Such as the selection of officers, training and other activities.
5. Responsible for the collection of student union membership fees and the financial management of student unions and the use of student union membership fees.
6. Responsible for collecting opinions and feedback from the whole school.
7. Responsible for the drafting of the preliminary draft of the annual student union .
After transferring to the learning department, my main job is:
1. Organize each student branch to do the attendance check, improve the attendance system, and check the attendance team.
2. Organize various clubs to carry out various professional skills knowledge contests to improve students' comprehensive quality.
3. Responsible for conducting science and technology and humanities lectures to promote the atmosphere of campus learning.
4. Responsible for the development of lectures and debates between departments and departments to improve students' ability to express and innovate.
5. Strengthen contact with the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Office to do a good job in the management of the student teaching information group.

In each activity carried out by the Student Union , I actively cooperated with the Student Union , and I did my job well and actively cooperated with other departments.
