Summary of the work of the Student Union Life Department in 2019

Through the efforts and cooperation of the Youth League Committees of the Students' Union , the activities of this semester have been completed in an orderly and smooth manner. The Ministry of Life is an important department of the Student Union . Our main functions are: regular inspection of bedroom hygiene; try to coordinate with other departments and other activities. We have successfully completed the duties of our department during the semester and actively cooperated with the activities of other departments of the Students' Union .

The following is a review of our work and a summary:

One. Department construction and work:

1. In order to make the student organization of the Youth League stronger, the Ministry of Life should be suitable. At the beginning of the school, our Ministry of Life has changed the boundaries of the students of the New World Students Association . After strict screening, the new members of the Ministry of Life were finally determined.

2. In response to the needs of departmental work, our department has divided the members of the ministry into three groups to conduct a comprehensive and systematic inspection of the health status of the classroom. Group management not only ensures the smooth progress of the work, but also improves the flexibility and efficiency of the organization.

Second, the lack of work:

1. Due to the different course time of the members, sometimes all the members can not be reached in the work. In the future, we will try our best to overcome this difficulty, coordinate the time, and ensure that every activity is completed in order to carry out the work more smoothly.

These shortcomings will certainly be avoided in future work. On the whole, the work of our Ministry of Life has been completed well this semester, and has achieved certain results. We will always cooperate with the support team and other ministries in the support of the delegation.

Third, look to the future:

Through these six months of hard work, we have achieved excellent results, but we will work harder to play our role in future activities!
