The old year is coming to an end and the new year is about to begin. My life department summarizes the work of this semester as follows:

At the beginning of September 2019, our school began to take over the work of new students. In order to cooperate with the work of the college, my electrical engineering department has been actively preparing for the work. My life department prepared the equipment needed to welcome the new students in advance and did a positive job. In short, I am fully prepared for the new students.

Soon after the arrival of the new students, the department specially prepared a literary evening for the new students called 'Qing Guoqing, welcome new students'.

The behind-the-scenes work is the scope of work of the Ministry of Life. From the connected audio to the debug sound, to the lighting control, every member of our department works very seriously. The active efforts of the freshmen who entered the work of our department, and the questions that they did not meet, asked the seniors, and the students in the sophomores and juniors answered them seriously. From the positive performance of the freshman, we saw the department's tomorrow and saw the hope of the department.

Next, our department handled the student ID for the 09-level classmates. The student ID card is not only a proof of the student status of the school, but also provides convenience for the students to go home to buy the train ticket.

In order to build a "green" department and provide students with a good learning and living environment, the Ministry of Health checks and evaluates the hygiene of each classroom in our department, and together with the Ministry of Supervision, checks the health of the dormitory and urges students to do their personal hygiene.

We also held the 8th Student Congress in conjunction with the Department. Provide preparatory preparations for the activities of the Ministry of Education, the Secretariat, and the Student Union to support the smooth development of the activities of the ministries and the Students' Union . Successfully completed the tasks assigned by the department.

On November 27th, at the Campus Culture Square, the Department of Life and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs jointly organized the “Vibrant Winter” College Student Fun Games. The aim is to create a vibrant, healthy and up-to-date campus atmosphere that enriches students' after-school life. Fully demonstrate the style of the "Bohai" people and the good looks of the students. Increase the friendship and exchange between the various classes of our department and promote the healthy development of the majority of young students.

Our classmates actively participate in the activities, and at the same time, in order to exercise the organizational emergency response ability of the 8th Student Union , the activity is mainly based on fun sports, and enhances the friendship between students while embodying fun.

This event invited Mr. Xu, Xu and all the brother departments.

The chairman participated. During the event, teachers and individual ministers also performed programs, which further increased the visibility of the event. At this moment, the teacher and the classmates laughed and enjoyed together as friends.

The event fully mobilized the students' enthusiasm for participation and improved the cohesiveness of the class. At the same time, it also exercised the organization and emergency response capability of the new student union . Achieved very good results. In the tense, intense, and joyful atmosphere, the final electrical 092 class won the first place in the group. Electrical 093, electrical 091, electrical 094, production of 091 points won two or three, spiritual civilization awards, concerted efforts.

The event was a great success and won the praise of other brother departments and teachers. However, we found some shortcomings: because of the competition time set a day in advance, we did not give a referee training, and each class did not say the rules of the game. So there was some confusion during the game. We should promptly notify you when we hold various events, and we will start preparing in time after the notice. The responsible department shall promptly check the preparations of the ministries and classes.

Of course, in this month's work, we have also found many deficiencies, such as not being strong enough in the supervision of health. For those who don't know, we will go back to seriously summarize and learn from them and gain experience. Try to avoid these mistakes in your next month's work.
