Greetings!
I officially worked in the customer service department on February 28th, and the trial period was three months.
Time flicks a silent passage, and the trial period is nearing the end. Looking back over the past three months, I can't help but feel a lot of emotions... This is a precious experience in my life, and it has left me wonderful and beautiful memories. Although there was no vigorous battle, it also experienced an extraordinary test and temper.
During this period of work and study, I have a relatively complete understanding of the Tongfang ring; I have a clear understanding of the company's development history and management as well as individual job responsibilities. In the process of being familiar with the work, I also slowly grasped the spirit of “bearing, exploring and transcending” of Tongfang’s people, uniting and cooperating, pioneering and innovating, adding new vitality to the steady development of Tongfang’s human ring. Under the careful care and guidance of the leaders and colleagues, through their unremitting efforts, all aspects have made certain progress. Now I will report my work and study as follows.
My work is mainly in administrative management, expense management, material management and some daily work in the office. In my work, I work hard to improve my work efficiency and work quality. Because there is no work experience, problems often occur at the beginning of the period. Thanks to the enthusiastic help of the leaders and colleagues, let me find out the shortcomings in the work and correct them. I continued to summarize the lessons learned in my work. Later, I was familiar with the daily work, and submitted various reports in time to achieve "active" work. After going to Beijing for training in mid-April, I had a deeper understanding of my work, especially the details of the work, as well as the issues raised by the leaders and colleagues, and I also had a clear understanding. It is very important to have a solidarity and cooperation between colleagues in the work. It is also the most profound influence that my colleagues have given me since joining the company.
Of course, I still have shortcomings and places where I can't do it. I will continue to work hard and learn, and I will try my best to do my best in the future. In the work, we need the spirit of “beyond”. I believe that after hard work, the work will be better and better.
Here, after making a report on the work situation and experience of the trial period, I would like to take this opportunity to formally submit a request for correction to the company leader. I hope that the company's leaders can make a comprehensive consideration of my work attitude, work ability and performance, and the requirements of formal employees.
