After a week of training, I was assigned to the first project manager department. This is a group that retains a military style. It is not only technically comprehensive, but also top-notch management. Fortunately, we just entered a new project. I heard that this was the company's largest single project. I was very happy, I thought the opportunity to exercise, and started from the beginning of the project! Opportunities should not be missed, so be sure to study with humility. Faced with everything here, I feel fresh and feel challenged everywhere.
At the beginning of the project, the first thing we need to do is some preliminary preparations, including drawing review, construction organization design, various construction plans, technical disclosure, negotiation, sub-item formation, and detailed work of each type of work to the construction site and temporary Facilities are formed. From the very beginning, I participated in the drawing review work. This is my first job. As a technician, the first thing to do is to be familiar with the drawings. It can be said that this work is also a very good learning process for me. This can improve my ability to read pictures and understand; then, the completion of the construction of the living area and the distribution room, through the construction of such a seemingly simple living area, I have to think of completing a project Hard and difficult; under the guidance of the master, several engineering construction plans were completed and participated in the preparation of the construction organization design, including the steel construction plan and the steel structure part of the construction organization design. Through the preparation of the engineering construction plan, not only I am familiar with drawings and specifications, and I have also learned some basic requirements and writing styles for the Great Wall Cup. I think these aspects are very important. Familiar with drawings and specifications is a basic requirement of a technician. Correct writing The format is also convenient for the approval of the superiors. Understanding the basic requirements of the Great Wall Cup is the basis for our project; A program has been based on accurate and effective ideas to write, strictly abide by the requirements of the Great Wall Cup, try to avoid cliches, talk nonsense, to make it more targeted, can truly implement it will go to the actual construction. The final effort was finally in vain, and the approval of the supervision engineer was passed at one time, and the task was successfully completed. Next, under the guidance of the master, the drawings were reviewed and the project was negotiated. Here, some things encountered certain difficulties, but also one by one. Overcoming, I have accumulated a lot of experience in dealing with the design institute, I think this is also an exercise for myself. From this point on, I feel that I am growing up a little bit and gradually begin to understand our work. A good opportunity I was recommended by the company's technical system to the technical department of the Capital International Airport t3a project, mainly for the work of steel core volume and quantity. This project was one of the largest projects of the Urban Construction Group at that time. The Capital Airport was also the most advanced airport in the world at that time. It was not only complicated in structure but also large in scale. From here, I not only learned a lot about steel bars, but the most important thing is how to The team of the outside team communicated and finally completed the work smoothly, which made a good start for my future work.
After returning to the project department, I still worked in technical work, and occasionally returned to the company marketing department to help mark the bid. In the second year, at the beginning of this year, the team was actually admitted, and our project was a real start. My main tasks are related to technical work such as steel engineering, steel structure engineering, prestressing and pre-embedded parts, completing relevant materials and technical disclosures, and concurrently serving as the chief of production. To be honest, the work of technology and production is indeed a bit of a hard work, but I think this is indeed an exercise. The technical work has allowed me to consolidate the theoretical knowledge of the university. The production work has allowed me to contact and understand the on-site construction, and more contact with the actual project. The so-called theory combined with reality, I want to start from here. At first, I came to the construction site. I was really confused. But under the guidance and guidance of the master and other old comrades, I gradually became familiar with the field work. How can I better combine technical work with production work, such as and with the team? Good to get along with each other. Technology and production often have some contradictions. Technology must consider quality, and production must consider the construction period. Sometimes it is really difficult. After a period of study and summarization, I gradually matured. This is not only the knowledge of technology and production, but also the coordination and scheduling of the team. In fact, the best way to get along with the team is to solve the practical problems for them, so that they can mobilize their enthusiasm for work, and work efficiency will be greatly improved.
The work went on smoothly, until now. The days of work in the future are still very long. There are still many things to learn. I will continue to do so and gradually improve my work. In the future work, I will also adhere to the following points:
