In the past year, I have been responsible for community employment services and management, social management of retirees, and network management of unemployed people in social security offices. Moreover, according to the requirements of community employment and the professional quality characteristics of laid-off workers and unemployed people, and the intention to seek employment, they are recommended to employers and households in a timely manner. In January of this year, the Social Security Office held a career introduction meeting. More than 200 unemployed people participated in the fair, and more than 80 people reached the job search intention. This is my first time as an organizer to participate in this meeting. It made me feel deeply, and also gave me a deep understanding of the urgent demands of the unemployed for work.
With the continuous increase of laid-off workers, the re-employment project has become a focus of national policy. Therefore, as my own, we must serve the people more actively and implement the work of re-employment.
In the use of the network of unemployed people, I am able to act in strict accordance with the rules and regulations. At the same time, maintain and maintain the computer equipment. Because the computer of the social security office is networked in the whole district, it is better to establish a connection with the district to protect the computer, so that the report can be transmitted from the computer more quickly and conveniently. During the year, the computer had some problems on the Internet, and I was able to report it to the relevant units in time to let their staff check and repair.
In the social management of retirees, I am mainly responsible for the medical insurance of retirees. The content of medical insurance in this area is very much related to the vital interests of retirees. Therefore, it is also very important. I can think of it. What retirees think, as a retire, is to put themselves in the interests of the old people, so that they can avoid the worries and be protected in their later years of life.
This is my main job, but with the further increase in the number of social security tasks, I have done other work. In the labor inspection work, due to the training in July, I got the part-time certificate of labor supervision. This work is mainly for the employers in the region, regulating their employment behavior, and urging the employers to sign labor contracts and pay social insurance according to law. Advise them on labor and social security laws and regulations and related policies.
In the service work of the unemployed, I can patiently answer some basic policy questions to the unemployed. Under the guidance of professionals, I also applied for the "job card" and file registration for the unemployed. Of course, this is not enough. Constantly increase your business knowledge so that you can better serve the grassroots.
In the cooperation with the community neighborhood committee, the social security office is undoubtedly one of the most closely related departments. In my contact with the various community labor directors, they have done a lot of grassroots work for us, which has greatly improved our work efficiency. As a result, the interests of laid-off and unemployed people have been further protected. At the time of the establishment of the Social Security Office, more than 1,600 files had to be re-entered into the new computer system. With the help of various community directors, we had successfully completed the work as scheduled, so that we could serve the unemployed in a timely manner. .

In terms of thinking, I insisted on moving closer to the party organization. In June, I submitted an application for joining the party and asked myself to be a member of the party.
