When I first entered the department, I knew almost nothing about the content and responsibilities of the job, and I didn't know how to start. I only need a short time to complete a simple project, and my work ability has been greatly improved.

In addition to the production of the program, pre-sales and sales to visit customers, which requires me to have strong presentation and communication skills, which is the ability of my newly graduated college students. In the department's training, Ma Qiang arranged a lot of presentation exercises to exercise our presentation ability, but this is only practice, but still shows its own shortcomings in actual work and customer communication. When I first came to the stage to explain to customers, I felt very nervous, not very natural and confident, and the preparation was not very good. In short, it was a relatively failed customer visit. After I came back, I seriously summarized the lessons and lessons in the following. For a period of time, I volunteered to follow several teachers to visit customers, learn their visiting skills, and also visit customers by phone, and exercise themselves in actual communication with customers. With the continuous increase of experience, I have been able to compare with each other. The customer talks, although there are still many areas for improvement, but it has been greatly improved compared with the time of entering the company. I believe that through the accumulation of experience and technology, I can always do better in the future work. , to complete their duties.

From the very beginning, I didn’t know anything about the pre-sales position. Now I can basically cooperate with the sales completion project, including the production of the plan configuration, the customer’s visit, and the basic work of pre-sales such as bidding and training, in addition to my own efforts. This is also a basic quality before sale. This is also the wave of corporate culture: a reflection of the customer's focus, responsible for the customer, that is, responsible for the company.

Secondly, considering the comprehensiveness and meticulousness of the problem, as a pre-sales technical support, the products and solutions recommended by you should be considered comprehensively in every aspect, especially the feasibility and configuration of the solution. Wrong, otherwise not only for the customer, but also for the loss of the company.

Fourth, the inadequacies and improvements

After half a year of work and study, there are two points that I feel the most inadequate. One is that the technical knowledge and product memory and understanding are not enough. Many things only stay on the surface impression, which makes me unable to expand quickly when I am working on a plan. Ideas, many things need to be re-searched and confirmed twice, so the efficiency is very low, and it is a great waste of time. Second, there are some deficiencies in the presentation, and there is still much room for improvement in the presentation ability. But I believe that with the increase of time and the accumulation of experience, these problems will be solved in the future work and learning process.

V. Goals

In the current global financial crisis, competition is more cruel and fierce. As our new employees, we can only improve our business and technical capabilities as soon as possible, to satisfy our customers with more professional, meticulous and thoughtful service, and to maximize customer value.
