Since I joined the xxx line on April 17th, xxxx, it has been more than three months. After these three months of trials, I have now entered the positive stage. My department is a project agent. At present, our project team is mainly responsible for the marketing planning of the xxx project. Since entering the company, I have been following this project for nearly three months. During this time, our project team successfully completed the Pengji Group's internal relationship housing selection and external customer subscription work. Currently, the project has entered the preparatory stage before the opening. Below, I will make a summary of the work of the work in the past three months.
I. Work Summary The work of real estate project marketing planning is relatively fragmented. I carefully combed my main work in the company. I participated in the following parts: advertising follow-up, price list, promotion plan, meeting minutes and project importance. The work of the nodes is as follows: internal relationship, housing selection, external customer subscription, and so on.
Below I will talk about my experience from the above work.
1. Advertising follow-up advertising follow-up is my core work at this stage. It includes not only the design of the advertisement, but also the proofreading of the design copy. As a proofreader, you should not only be careful, but also be familiar with the entire work process and the current work content, otherwise it will be difficult to find the mistake. Before the proofreading, I was not clear about the operation of the project, but after proofreading over and over again, I had a deep understanding of the trading strategy and trading ideas, which I did not expect.
In the process of numerous file modifications, I found the pleasure of pursuing perfection, pursuing perfection in the details, and not letting go of any mistake. Although I encountered a lot of setbacks in this process, and many times I was impatient, but after the experience, I found the pursuit of perfection and happiness, grow in the pursuit of perfection, mature in the pursuit of perfection. Because of the constant pursuit of perfection, we can do a better job and grow faster.
In the process of advertising follow-up, I have been smashed, misunderstood, and made a lot of mistakes, but these are not important to me. The important thing is that I have learned a lot, not only It is only professional knowledge, and there are principles and principles for being human. I have found that there is always a process of getting along with people. Whether they are living or working, they may start to argue in the run-in, but they will eventually understand each other in the run-in and even become friends in the run-in. I remember that when I followed up on advertising, I had friction with the designer. He thought that we always changed it. I think he did not use his brains to design and did not do what we asked. Later, according to the actual situation of the designer, I carefully checked the files that I needed to design. After strict examination, I passed the design to the designer, so that I would not delay the production because of the change, and the work efficiency could be improved. . In this way, after a few times, we have had some tacit understanding between each other, and the work has been carried out much more smoothly.
2, the price list on the price list, I began to simply check the area, size and so on. As the number of contacts increased, I found that making a price list is really a very complicated and huge project. A price list is not only a simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, sometimes it will take into account the relationship between various factors and the application of formulas, etc., these should be cautious, otherwise it is very troublesome to modify. If the basic work is done well, the subsequent work is simply adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. In addition, when making the price list, we must also consider the feasibility of subsequent use. For example, for floor marking, the room number should generally be marked in the order of the actual floor to facilitate the customer to view and so on. Failure to pay attention to it often affects the progress of follow-up work. These issues must be kept in mind, in case you make the same mistakes when you make your own price list.
3. At the beginning of the promotion plan, I always thought that it was not an easy task to make a promotion plan. I couldn’t do it without experience, and I never thought that I would do a promotion plan one day. I remember when I first started, I felt that I couldn’t make it, but it’s hard to be hard on the scalp. I tried to adjust my mindset and told myself that I could make it. After a few nights, I finally figured out some results. Later, under the guidance of Manager Liu, after many revisions, I found that this promotion program is a lot of professional, I can't believe this is a plan that I made. It’s really a difficult thing in the world, I’m afraid of someone!
Now my thinking about making a promotion plan is much clearer. In fact, the promotion plan must first be familiar with the way various media are delivered and the nature of the media, and then clear the project promotion node; there is also a more important factor - media delivery costs. An operational promotion plan can't be separated from the promotion fee, and the promotion cost is clarified. The rest is to develop the best media combination under this condition, so that a complete promotion plan will come out.
4. Meeting minutes It is my long-term work to record the minutes of the weekly meeting. I remember very badly at the beginning. There are a lot of spoken words in the minutes, and sometimes I understand the meaning of the wrong speaker. Later, after the guidance of Manager Liu, I carefully pondered the language. A few times down, the work of the minutes of the meeting has been handy for me.
I used to dislike meeting minutes, because I don’t think there is any future for doing this thing. Remember what good is good. However, Manager Liu’s words touched me. If you want to make rapid progress, for the newcomers, the minutes of the meeting are the fastest way to learn things. Because the minutes of the meeting are all sublimation of the collision of thoughts, suddenly I suddenly became more cheerful. Yes, I remember that every time I remembered the minutes of the meeting, I was engrossed, and slowly I personally felt that my understanding of the project was much clearer. Therefore, in the future work, remembering the minutes of the meeting is no longer an unpleasant thing for me. On the contrary, I will be more active in doing this work.
Second, there are problems and future efforts. In my work, I think that my initiative is not strong. In many cases, I can't fully integrate myself into the project. I don't have the guts to bear the burden if I think I have not done the work. In fact, many people are coming here. Everyone has a beginning. As long as they are full of confidence, they can do the same.
The short-term goal is: First, we must do a good job of promotion, go deep into it, study media more, and study the promotion of competitors. Secondly, the relationship between the adjustment coefficient in the price list is not very well understood, and we must study it in the near future. For a moment, try to figure it out completely. In addition, after the opening of the Pengji project, I hope that through the bidding of other projects, the preliminary work of the project plot analysis and other projects will be studied in depth, and strive to become a qualified intermediate planner after half a year!
Third, the conclusion In the past three months, there have been many memories worthy of my life to remember and have, these memories are the beginning of my growth. Entering Tongzhi, it is estimated that no one will be as excited as I am because I am full of yearning for and expectation from her. Entering Tongzhi, I found the real starting point in my career. From here, I will cherish every moment. My colleague said that the short half-month of the Pengji project feels ups and downs, and I want to say that it is because of the ups and downs that we will learn to adapt to the situation and allow us to learn more and grow faster. .
