The office is a new area of ​​work for me. As the assistant of the office director, he clearly realized that the office is the comprehensive management organization under the direct leadership of the director. It is the hub for connecting the inside and the outside, communicating the internal and external, coordinating and arranging, and promoting the work toward the set goals. The work of the office is very complicated. In the drafting of archives, every aspect must provide some useful information and data for decision-making. There are document processing, file management, file transfer, meeting arrangement, and so on. I face complicated and trivial transactional work, self- reinforcing work awareness, paying attention to speed up the work, improving work efficiency, calmly handling all matters, and strive to be comprehensive, accurate, and moderate, to avoid the occurrence of omissions and errors.

It’s the age of hard work and hard work.
