The responsibility of “three hearts” is the most important. Such cadres are absolutely incompetent. During my tenure as a student cadre, I prepared a work note, arranged my work, and carried out my work in an orderly manner. Then, on the basis of doing their own work, we must cultivate teamwork ability and ability to deal with emergencies, and creatively carry out activities to enrich the students' after-school life. Maybe we can complete an activity alone, like some group day activities, but if we let the student cadres of the propaganda department to arrange the venue, please ask the learning department to find relevant information, then I think the effect will be better than one person alone. After all, personal ability and time are limited.
