Under the guidance of the personnel of the personnel department, I earnestly and conscientiously do a good job in collecting and registering the endowment insurance information of employees, and fill out the accounting records of the “Guidelines for the payment of pensions for employees of Guizhou Aluminum Factory”, and do a good job in statistics on various types of endowment insurance data. To ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information; in the statistical process of unemployment and medical insurance statistics, I accurately understand the interpretation of various statistical indicators, and ensure that the basic data of various insurance statistical statements are correct. In the reporting system, the indicator column involves more content, and the index decomposition requirements are more detailed. I carefully and categorically handle the contents of the various indicators of the statistical report. According to the reporting requirements of the statistical report, the logical relationship of the data change is correct. If there is a major change in the indicator data in the table, timely adjust and make a change description, and timely statistical summary. During the period of the third aluminum electrolytic aluminum plant of Gui Aluminum, the statistical information of all kinds of pension, unemployment and medical insurance reported by the company at all levels was timely and reliable, and the data was accurate and accurate. It was highly praised by the relevant business departments.

2. Since March 1999, I was transferred to the Personnel Section of Gui Aluminum Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. in March 1999 due to institutional changes. In addition to being mainly responsible for the above-mentioned categories of insurance statistics, I am also responsible for the salary management of employees throughout the company. jobs. I carefully do the monthly labor wage statistics review to ensure that the original data is accurate and report to the business departments in a timely and accurate manner according to the requirements of the higher authorities. Including monthly reports to the personnel office of Guizhou Aluminum Factory, reporting to Guiyang Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. every quarter and semi-annual and year-end to the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Labor Bureau, Baiyun District Labor Bureau to submit personnel labor wage statements, etc. In addition, I have established and improved all kinds of records and accounts of the company's employees' wage management, and handled the daily work adjustments such as employee turnover, job changes, job changes, and changes in working age, and I have reported it over the years. All kinds of statements at all levels are error-free and flawless, and the time never lags behind. It has been highly praised by the higher-level business departments in the relevant business inspections and audits. At the same time, under my proposal, the company also carried out the reform of the post structure salary system. Together with my colleagues, I carried out a set of reforms on the wages and salaries of the employees of the whole company, and used the salary list of the original name. The unified post work system is used to change and replace. The wages of employees are composed of four parts: post salary, bonus, title subsidy and retention salary, which highlights the characteristics of the post income. The employee income distribution system has truly formed the “post ability”. The pattern of “revenue contribution” has made positive contributions to the company’s reform of the three systems in XX.
