In the past year, under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the Party Branch of the Organ, with the help and guidance of the leaders and colleagues, we have performed our duties and completed the tasks assigned by the leaders.

First, study hard and strive to improve political and ideological quality and business level.

I can strengthen theoretical study, especially the spirit of the 16th Party Congress and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and conscientiously implement the party's line, principles and policies, the decisions and resolutions of the Party Committee and the District People's Congress and the Standing Committee. I can work hard to learn about the work of the NPC, especially the laws and regulations such as criminal law, procedural law, organization law and petition regulations, and constantly enrich and improve my overall quality.

Second, pay attention to hot spots, and strive to do a good job of letters and visits. In the reception of letters and visits, I am able to receive and welcome the visiting people in a warm and welcoming manner. I will register, sort and classify them in a timely manner, and follow the procedures of the petition regulations and transfer them to the relevant functional departments to ensure that the pieces are implemented. Have a reply and let the letter come to the satisfaction of the people.

Third, focus on the heart and functions, and do a good job in propaganda and reporting.

I am able to do a good job in the editorial and distribution publicity work of the "Huli People's Congress Briefing" around the Standing Committee's heart-wrenching work and three major functions, timely publicize the party's line policy and national laws and regulations; timely publicity reflects the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. Determining, deciding, focusing on work and representative good deeds; timely reflecting the hot and difficult issues of concern to the people, providing reference for the Standing Committee to understand social conditions and public opinion, and making decisions. 4. Do a good job in service and coordination. Service and coordination are the main functions of office work. While completing my job, I can actively assist the head of the office to coordinate various tasks and relationships, and actively serve the "three sessions" and representatives; can take the initiative to complete various types of reception tasks; be thoughtful and meticulous, especially at reception In the case of large-scale teams, such as planning and organizing a joint meeting of the National People's Congress in the 16th District, they can actively and successfully complete the tasks. 6. What are the shortcomings and efforts?

First, theoretical study and theoretical guidance work are not enough. We will further strengthen our study of theoretical and business knowledge, and constantly improve our theoretical accomplishment and our comprehensive quality. Second, we will not have enough awareness of work innovation. There is an idea that we can do our job as long as we can complete the work. We must further fulfill our duties and work hard to make innovations in our work.
