This obviously did not meet our requirements, so she did not enter the next round.

I don't want to, after the interview results came out, the girl didn't know where to get my call, called me three times, asking why she didn't pass, and asked me to give her another chance.

I fully understand her psychology - because of the friendship of the glass of water on the day of the interview, she must have seen my affection for her, so I feel that I will give her a high score in this recruitment. She said to me on the phone, "Can you please talk to the other two interviewed teachers and give me another chance." I smiled and told her that with her professional background, I couldn't even convince myself.

The tone when she hangs up is quite disappointing.

In fact, I really want to say something to her: Although you seem to be a diligent and sensible girl, we are not hiring a nanny, not a handyman, but a warrior who wants to kill a world in the professional field. It is not enough to do a good job.

Later, I went to a university to attend a lecture on employment training. The vivid depiction of the teacher made me stunned and understood why the girl called me three times and five times. The lecturer prepared a lot of cases, saying that a certain graduate of a certain session had learned the experience of working for a rural mother in the interview, earned the examiner's heart and gained a good job; said a graduate The resume was made ingenuity, and people were unforgettable, so they got a good job. There was also a certain graduate who only met the examiner at the stairway and helped him with a book and went upstairs.

As a person who has worked for many years and has participated in many recruitments, I really can't laugh at such education. That's right, the details are important for a job search. Your resume is doing well, your performance is sincere and courteous. If you have some words or actions that win the examiner's good feelings, you will add points for your job search, but you must know that these are not enough to get a good job. A normal unit recruits employees, and the most important thing is the professionalism of the candidates. Whether he can be qualified for the work to be done in the future is the most important thing. A normal decision-maker will never hire someone who is unable to do the job because of one or two good moves. Similarly, if you do have the ability to work and people have good expectations for your future contribution, then there are a few small mistakes in the interview, which are relatively easy to be forgiven.

This story is very inspirational and very horrible. I don't know how many young people who have just entered the society. They would mistakenly think that finding a job is just a matter of emotional intelligence, and it is easy to get a good position in a big company with a little cleverness. In fact, if you think about it with your toes, if Wu Shihong has no connections, no work experience, and no strong strength, will Microsoft hire her because she can take the initiative to move out the chair? That is the slippery world. In fact, before Wu Jinhong entered Microsoft, he was already the general manager of IBM China's distribution channel.

Therefore, don't believe in the infinite exaggeration of the small problems in the details, let alone change the basic understanding of things by one or two accidental examples. If you are looking for a good job, the details cannot be ignored, but the strength is a hundred times more important than the details. Only in the case of considerable strength, the role of the details will be highlighted. If you are too focused on small details and neglect the cultivation of fundamental abilities, it is really putting the cart before the horse. If you really believe that "details can completely determine success or failure", it is estimated that the inspirational story is too much, and the poisoning is too deep.

The examiner of a good unit must know that there are too many accidental factors in the small cleverness of the deliberate performance, which is really nothing. Whether you want to hire a person or not, what you want to see is his true strength in the professional field. If the examiner is confused by some small details and is blind, then this is not a good unit. If you are hired, the future work will not be too comfortable.
