The 2019 Lao She Literature Award was announced. This year's organizer has increased more than before, and it has been jointly organized by the Beijing Writers Association, the Beijing Drama Association, and the Beijing Laoshe Literature Foundation. However, such a prize with the Mao Dun Literature Award, Lu Xun Literature Award, Cao Yu Drama Literature Award and the China Four Big Literature Awards has only medals, no bonuses, at least not now. When a reporter asked if there was no bonus, the Beijing Writers Association’s answer was: Is the bonus so important?

Isn’t the bonus really important? Does the organizer really think that the bonus is not important?

In an ordinary literary competition, there are bonuses. The amount of bonuses reflects the specifications of the activities in some respects, reflecting the importance that all parties attach to the activities. Imagine what would happen if the Nobel Prize for Literature was cancelled? What will be the four literary awards that canceled the bonus? Today, when the literary market is getting worse, it may become a joke, perhaps called the Four Fudges!

Of course, can other people think of this, can the organizer not think of it? The lack of funds can be imagined. Even the Laoshe Literature Prize is a big event that lacks sponsors? The untoldness of the organizers reflects the embarrassment of literature in some respects.

Imagine these works, which stand at the peak of contemporary literature, are still unknown to those of us who often write and read frequently, let alone the appeal of the general public.

His literary literary and meager manuscripts have created a large number of literary literati! A friend of mine is a member of the Henan Provincial Association. His works have been published in the People's Daily for many times. The publishing house has published several novels for him. His reputation is not big. However, in his life, his family is in the wall, and in many people's eyes he is a "neural egg", which is often the object of being laughed at by others.

I remember one of my articles published in the Luoyang Evening News, but I almost went through the county town but could not find the newspaper. In desperation, I heard a friend say that the county party committee information center, I went there, a friend working there was very enthusiastic about finding the newspaper for me. There, I met a cadre-like person. When he heard that one of my articles was published in the Evening News, his face was full of surprises and disdain. He said: "Now there are still people who contribute to the newspaper? I am not too light!" I was so red-faced.

I also entered a number of literary websites, participated in many literary events, and also won awards. However, the people who post, read, and post comments on the website are almost all authors. It can also be said that the so-called praise we get is just mutual encouragement, and sometimes even ourselves to sip ourselves!

I love literature, I am full of awe in the words, do what I like, and I am not afraid of being nervous. It is also that a large number of similar friends who love literature exist to retain the pure land of the soul. We are persistent, we scream, we entertain ourselves, but it is difficult to change the ambiguity of literature. I don’t know when the spring of literature will come back!
