The vast majority of people do not understand the difference between desire and conviction, and they have never adopted six steps that can help them use their minds to fulfill their desires. The six steps will be outlined below, and I will add the observations I have made to those who took these six steps in a lifetime.

Most people only hold "wishes" for their goals in their lives. These wishes are like a gust of wind, there is no way to achieve anything regret, and those who hold this attitude account for 70%.

There are very few people who turn their wishes into desires. They want to get things that they believe again and again, but their desires are nothing more than this. People like this account for 10%.
There are fewer people who turn their wishes and desires into hopes, but they are afraid to imagine that their dreams may come true one day. I estimate that such people account for 8%.

Very few people turn hope into conviction, and they expect them to really get what they want. These people account for 6%.

After a small number of people turned their wishes, desires and hopes into convictions, they further turned them into strong desires and finally turned into a kind of confidence, which accounted for 4%.

Finally, only a very small number of people, in addition to taking the last two steps, also set a plan to achieve the goal. They show their confidence with a positive attitude. This kind of person only accounts for 2%.

The most outstanding leaders must be those who practice the sixth step. These people understand the power of their own thoughts; they master this power and guide this power to serve the clear goals they set. When you take the sixth step, the word "impossible" will no longer have any meaning for you. Everything is possible for you, and you will succeed in achieving them.
