Many people think that young people are the capital, and they are trying their best to fight for their careers, but they lose their health. Before I fell ill, I asked myself to sleep for only 5 hours a day, and I didn't have to exercise. Otherwise, it was a waste of life. I didn't have any idea about the importance of health, diet, sleep. I just thought that "it used to be fine in the past, now It will be fine. It is not until the cancer is cancer that we realize that health is priceless. "It is not worthwhile to work hard but ignore the body!"

When I published a new book in Taiwan this week, the reporter asked if I could give advice to young people who want to work hard. Here is my answer:

First, "Don't lie to yourself without needing sleep." Both Chinese and Western medicine tell us that sleep is important, including young people, and those who think they "suffice to sleep for five hours." Sleep is the best way to restore immunity, especially from 11 to 3 o'clock. Woke up in the middle of the night, don't get up, don't touch the phone, brush WeChat.

Second, "Don't treat eating as a feed." Many entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, while meeting and eating like a feed, "do not know what to eat in their mouths," and often eat unhealthy food such as pizza, burgers. It is very unhealthy to do this. It is best to calm down when eating and to digest it well. If you really can't change the diet of "feeding feed", "then feed vegetables."

Third, "persistence in sports." If you want to maintain your health, you must exercise more. You should plan to do 3 exercises every week for at least half an hour. It is best to work with "cardiovascular exercise" and "stretching muscles".

Fourth, "Pressure does not only occur in pain." Don't think that there is pressure when you are in pain, and you will have pressure when you are excited. I have been under great pressure for the past 30 years. I just didn't realize it because I loved my work. But as long as there is any one of the three symptoms, such as "the head keeps turning, I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't sleep", The representative pressure is on the door.

Fifth, "health and hard work are not conflicting." Some people think that once "pursuit of health" is a kind of health, it is seriously conflicted with hard work. In fact, maintaining health and hard work does not conflict. People often eat vegetables, increase their sleep, exercise several times a week, and on average do not increase their time by one hour. They can still work hard. In addition, health can be the pursuit of Lohas, sometimes relax, eat some food that you love, don't regard maintaining health as a kind of "punishment."
