Working Organization

The organizing committee has an office to undertake the daily work of the organizing committee of the Expo. Comrade Zou Xiaoping and Jiang Tao served as the director of the office, Luo Ying, vice president of the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Chen Zhongju, deputy secretary of the Dazu County Committee, served as the deputy director of the office.

There are 6 working groups under the organizing committee office. The main responsibilities of each working group are as follows:

1. Comprehensive group

Deputy leader: Wei Zhongwu, deputy magistrate of Dazu County Government

Main responsibilities: Responsible for formulating the overall plan of the Expo, the opening ceremony plan and the drafting of important archives and leading speeches; responsible for organizing the foreign language translation of the Expo; responsible for information submission and document management; and undertaking other matters assigned by the Organizing Committee.

2. Exhibition team

Leader: Yang Lie Deputy County Magistrate of Dazu County Government

Deputy Team Leader: Lu Weimin Deputy Director of the Exhibition Department of the Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade

Main responsibilities: Responsible for the formulation of the exhibition plan, the layout of the hardware exhibition hall, the online promotion of the exhibition, etc.; responsible for compiling the investment promotion work plan, screening investment projects, producing project promotion materials; responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the hardware technology forum; Exhibitor quality monitoring, strengthen the quality management of exhibiting products, ensure the quality of goods; be responsible for collecting, categorizing and summarizing transaction data; undertaking other matters assigned by the organizing committee.

3. Promotional arts group

Main responsibilities: Responsible for overall planning, organizing and implementing the propaganda and reporting work of the Expo, formulating the propaganda work plan; responsible for convening the specific work of the press conference, and publicizing the various activities of the Expo and the process of attracting business through TV, radio, newspapers, and the Internet. Responsible for planning and implementing the opening ceremony and other performances; hosting other matters assigned by the organizing committee.

4. City appearance sanitation group

Team leader: Hu Huachao Deputy County Chief of Dazu County Government

Main responsibilities: Responsible for road reconstruction in key areas and areas, rectification of city appearance, rational arrangement of urban road construction, road maintenance in advance; undertaking other matters assigned by the organizing committee.

5. Security team

Leader: Yin Guangzong Member of the Standing Committee of Dazu County Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee

Deputy leader: Song Wei Assistant to the county magistrate of Dazu County, director of the Public Security Bureau

Main responsibilities: Responsible for formulating work implementation plans for letters and visits, fire protection, public security, safety production, etc.; responsible for maintaining order and traffic guidance during the Expo, ensuring passenger and cargo safety; responsible for important leaders and inviting guests for collective activities, and responsible for handling emergencies ; undertake other matters assigned by the organizing committee.

6. Logistics support group

Team leader: Chen Tingjian, member of the Standing Committee of Dazu County Committee, executive deputy magistrate

Main responsibilities: Responsible for the formulation of the overall cost budget of the Expo, fund raising, revenue and expenditure management; responsible for compiling and implementing the logistics reception plan; responsible for formulating the implementation plan for food and sanitation and epidemic prevention, strengthening food hygiene management for restaurants and hotels, and eliminating all kinds of health The occurrence of safety accidents; responsible for formulating and implementing tourism work plans, carefully designing tourist routes, doing well in organizing work, creating favorable conditions for tourists and tourists from all over the world; responsible for communication, water, electricity and gas security during the Expo; Other matters.
