Summary of Thoughts on Party Member Development Training Courses

Dear Party Organization: From December 7 to 10, 2004, I participated in the training course for the development of party members in municipal organs. In the class, I accepted the guidance on the new party constitution, watched the video of the outstanding deeds of the outstanding Communist Party member Comrade Zheng Peimin, and mastered the basic knowledge of developing party members. Although the training in just a few days still does not allow me to understand and feel the key points at the most profound and high level, it is enough for me to be baptized in the motive of correcting the party. Now I understand the true meaning of it: the Chinese Communist Party is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, and the Chinese people and the Chinese nation. The vanguard team is the core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics; it represents the development requirements of China's advanced productive forces, represents the direction of China's advanced culture, and represents the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. Take Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as their own guide to action. The party’s highest ideal and ultimate goal is to achieve communism. Through the study, I understood the conditions for becoming a Communist Party member, establishing a lifelong struggle for the cause of communism, serving the people wholeheartedly, and being ready to sacrifice all the correct motivation for joining the party for the interests of the party and the people. In particular, it has an updated and deeper understanding of the purpose of “serving the people”. I understand that the reason why the title of Communist Party members is glorious is that they are based on the principle of "serving the people wholeheartedly" and can do everything for the interests of the country and the people; let me understand that joining the party means Many people have suffered hard, contributed more, and sacrificed more; I have understood that the glory of the Communists is closely related to their responsibilities. If a person asks to join the party, it is only for the sake of good looks, and is not prepared to work hard for the motherland and the people. That is not commensurate with the title of the Communist Party members. As early as 1942, Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out at the Yan'an Forum on Literature and Art that joining the party is not only joining the party from the organization, but more importantly, joining the party from the ideological point of view. Here, I understand "thought" as "motivation to join the party." The correct motivation to join the party is the correct mental power of action. As a young man who is actively demanding progress, he must join the party mentally. First of all, it is necessary to correct the motivation for joining the party. Only by establishing the correct motive for joining the party, can stand the test of the organization, and join the party organization through proper channels, and can not use the unreasonable means of joining the party to confuse the party organization. Secondly, behind the formation of a correct motivation for joining the party, I think there must be a great outlook on life and world view to support it. Living in the wave of market economy, there is too much interference and temptation. This requires us to attach importance to the transformation of our own world outlook and outlook on life. Corrective style, fundamentally correct our motivation to join the party. Too many examples tell us that we must eliminate interference and resist temptation. Therefore, I will take the correct motivation to join the party as a guide to my study and life, and work in the future. Third, to firmly believe in communist beliefs, to study theoretical knowledge earnestly, and whether the motivation for a person to join the party is correct is often directly related to his correct understanding of the communist cause and the proletarian party. Only by carefully studying theoretical knowledge can we have a clearer and more profound understanding of the above issues. And exercise yourself through practical activities, and constantly strengthen your beliefs. I will start from small things around me, actively participate in various social welfare activities, enhance my self-cultivation, deepen my understanding of the communist cause, and strengthen the correct motivation for joining the party. Fourth, learn the advanced deeds of outstanding party members, inspire their actions, and realize the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. With the "worry of the world, the joy of the world, and the joy of the world afterwards", I will demand that I will sacrifice my personal lofty sentiments for the cause of communism. Fifth, earnestly study the knowledge of party history, strengthen understanding of the party's glorious course, and enhance the feelings of the party. The phrase "Cultivating to Know, Charging and Educating People" tells me the importance of studying the history of the party. While studying the history of the party, consciously correct the shortcomings, learn from experience, and sum up the lessons so that you can always maintain the correct motivation for joining the party. Through study, I realized that the motivation for correcting the party is not only a temporary problem before joining the party, but a matter that runs through the life of a party member. Regardless of whether the party organization approves me to join the Chinese Communist Party, I will continue to use the standards of the Communist Party members to measure myself and demand myself. We must not only strive to join the party in ideology, but also pay attention to checking the motives of joining the party for a long time, and strive to practice serving the people wholeheartedly, strictly observe the party's discipline, conserve the party's secrets, be honest with the party, be consistent in words and deeds, and learn and live. In the past work, he has practiced the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and played a vanguard and exemplary role in fighting for communism for the rest of his life! Through study, not only how the Chinese Communist Party is a party, but what kind of party members are, it makes me feel a kind of spirit that blends with the blood of every Chinese people; it gives me insight into a cohesive force. The cohesiveness hidden behind our nation is gestating endless energy. Understand these reasons, I have the direction and motivation in my work. In the days to come, I will continue to strengthen the study of theoretical knowledge, work harder and more responsible for the work, strive to align with the party members and comrades, narrow the gap with the comrades of the party members, gradually improve themselves, and make themselves a pioneering and innovative.
