As an employee of the education system, we must conscientiously study the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee, constantly acquire new knowledge, accumulate new experiences, increase new skills, and devote ourselves to the wave of college reform with full enthusiasm, positive attitude and correct attitude. All the quality of our work will directly affect the interests of the school and the staff. Looking back at the work in recent years, under the care of the party organization, under the care and help of the leaders and colleagues, especially the comrades around the party members, I have gradually embarked on a level of thought in my position.
