Self-recommendation and trustworthiness


The information you try to convey to your employer can be divided into two categories:

Self-recommendation: "This is what I can do for you. This is the value I can bring to your business." Trustworthy: "This is why you trust me." You must mention the above two points. The unreliable self-recommendation can only be on paper. And only if you create value for your employer, you will be trusted.

Other people's trust in you should be realized through your work experience. Exaggeratedly, your five years of sales experience is very important to establish your credibility as a sales manager.
