Concept of notice

The notice is a practical file of an organization, a group of enterprises and institutions, a citizen who has something to explain to the public, or a request for explanation by the relevant unit or the general public. This style, some of which have the nature of advertising, can be used instead of advertising, but the advertisement cannot be used in place of the notice. For example, "seeking people to ask for things" cannot be written as "searching for people's advertisements", and "marriage notices" cannot be written as "marriage advertisements". The notice can be posted, posted, broadcast, and shown on television.
