A narrowly defined advertisement is an advertisement that is characterized by profit and is characterized by selling goods. The definition of advertising in the "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China" adopted by the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress on October 27, 1994 refers to commercial advertising: "The advertisement referred to in this Law refers to the commodity operator or service provision. The person bears the expenses and directly or indirectly introduces the products he sells or the commercial advertisements provided through certain media and forms. This definition tells us: 1. Commercial advertisements convey information about goods and services; 2. Commercial advertisements There are clear advertisers, that is, the operators or service providers of commodities, etc., which publish advertisements; 3.
