School advanced education activities need to be further improved

Problems to be further improved

Looking back on the advanced nature education activities for more than half a year, summed up the party building work of our institute. No matter the progress of the advanced nature education activities and the reality of the party building work, there are still some areas for improvement. There are:

1. Teachers and students in the engineering background, thinking mode and behavior habits are more important than actual operations, like to do what is straightforward, theoretical system learning needs to be further strengthened. In addition, the teaching, research, discipline construction and academic tasks of teachers and students of the School of Information are indeed very important. These characteristics and actualities are reflected in the process of advanced nature education. Some party members sometimes have conflicting thoughts on the necessary forms of party organization life and party activities, and their ideological understanding is not enough. Some party members talked a lot at the branch meeting, but wrote less in writing; the branch meeting discussed and exchanged enthusiastically, but there was little reflection in the minutes of the meeting.

2. In the advanced nature education activities, the party branch generally absorbs the people's participation in the branch activities, but in the usual party branch activities, the participation of the people is not enough; the attraction and influence of the party branch activities on the people still needs to be strengthened.

3. In the advanced nature education activities, the party branch paid attention to the innovation of learning and activity forms. However, in the usual party organization activities, especially the political theory of faculty, the form is still relatively simple, and there are not many forms that really attract people; the effect of learning needs to be further improved.

4. Teachers and graduate students are not enthusiastic about joining the party organization. The image of party members and party organizations in the general public needs to be further improved. The core is to give better play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members and the fighting bastion of party organizations, and to enhance the cohesiveness and attractiveness of party organizations.

5. Insufficient funding for party organization activities is one of the important reasons that affect the colorful activities of party branches. The lack of a platform and mechanism for the party branch to integrate into the management of teaching and research is one of the important factors that affect the role of the party branch and weaken the influence of the party branch. How to create conditions for the party branch in terms of mechanism and funding is one of the key points that the party committee of the college should consider and solve in the future.
